  • Yeah, glad you figured it out.

I just find it easier to use it in faces or geometry mode unless doing curves and what not

  • Thats because you have it on verticies mode.

You need it to be on Shape mode.

    On the bottom.

  • Hi, the problem turned out to be that the platform / entire map was not aligned to the grid (0.5 snap) on the z axis, so when I shortened it on the x/y axis it first snapped it a little upwards to align it to the imaginary grid.

  • aka solution was to turn off "snap to grid"

  • What is it that you were trying to do?

  • How do you do that in constructor i mean...bend it like that so that the edge is not stright its curvey like

  • I keep having collision bugs.

  • what if i dont use textures and just place polys then add texures in the other program i didnt use to place polys

  • you wouldn't be removing the textures, just the prefixes: eg. MBP/grid_cool2 ---> grid_cool2

  • this probably should have been in the forums but is it possible to start a map in constructor and finish it in quark or vise versa?

  • Yes, but you will need to find/replace in the .map for "Album Name/" with nothing to remove them so the textures show up right.

  • Try making the scale smaller, like 0.125; that seems to work for me.

  • That sort of thing seems fine to do in QuArK.

  • Indeed, thats why I pretty much only use quark now.
