try and hold a tighter grip on the sticks, you'll have more control. and accent on the hi hat. dont keep it monotone. also, lower your toms a bit and put the snare lower and almost flat. you'l be able to move around the set more easily

i usually have my snare fairly flat but all my kit is very close in and tight i think it would improve your playing if you pulled your hi-hat in because at the moment your reaching over ur body to hit it nice bass sound though keep up the gd playing maybe cover some elliot minor=)
