I'm a Realtor, and now is a good time to SELL, not buy. The market is poised to drop 10% in 2011, and possibly up to 30% by the end of 2012. I guess you're just not talking to the right Realtors.

@meincke3 Yes; there are a lot of good REALTORS out there;I know one; she told me to sell my house in late 2005;I saw her last week ;she said I sould wait to buy; I don't want to;but I have to agree.
