Perhaps a mix from both will work out-i mean it's already starting to happen in most countries. Canada for example: Public Healthcare and educational system are both communist ideals. But it also uses capitalism for the most part to improve it's economy. So yea one cant rely only on one political philosophy.

i haven't read the whole communist papers, but from what i know, if you don't have the chance to get rich (or VERY rich) many people won't have the motivation to invent things etc.

You are instilled with the motivation to help your country and your people - out of good will. That is one of the things which makes communism attractive on paper - promoting truly good values, not selfishness and an empathy for those suffering around you. (just like millionaires walk on top of the poorest of the poor every day in NYC without a second thought).

Im from Colombia, in 1927 an episode called as "Masacre de las Bananeras" or english "Banana Massacre" occured because the workers at the United Fruit Company asked for better payment and work rights and how did the company responded?
Of course! killing more than 200 workers! just for asking rights and payments! but how? well it seems the company cared more for the profit than worker's lifes.

well the perfect society is blocked by nazism and capitalism. This is the main reason, why the people died for the nothing. Not the communist ideas are the reasons for their dead, it is more the capitalistic and fascistic poison, which don´t want to have a perfect and fair society.
