Yes that is Sifu Don Hamby. Unfortunately the kwoon.com website is no longer up but they did have a dvd for sale comercialy. It was called Kwoon. You might still beable to find it on Amazon or ebay or something. You can also try wle.com which is the school where Sibok Onassis (I call him Sibok because he is my Kung Fu uncle not my Sifu) and the rest of the kwoon team worked out of. They may have it there.
