I am going by the New York state law which does not allow abortion after six months, if a child is born three moths premature, it would really be much better off dead. Most people seem to forget that most abortions happen after the age of most premature baby births. Why is that so important? Because we have ALL seen how premature babies react to the voices of their Mothers. We have ALL seen how they smile when their Mothers talk in parentease. It's better than being placed in a plastic bag and thrown into the city dump somewhere. 1.3 MILLION little babies were sent to the city dumps last year all around this country.

You don't want women to get abortions, then volunteer to be a counselor on a pregnancy crisis line, donate money so high schools can have daycares, support drug treatment for pregnant women. Are you willing to let your tax dollars go to subsidized childcare for the people that can't afford it? It sounds as though killing is something you have no issue with if it means protecting the 2nd amendment. So if by some chance the overwhelming majority of Americans wanted the 2nd amendment repealed and 2/3 of Congress along with 3/4 of the state legislatures agreed, your answer would be to do what? In regards to the 2nd AoA: Once we lose our means to protect our rights, we cannot truly say we have any.

What separates killing, from murder, are all the people surrounding the victim, and how they are affected by the loss of that one person's life.
