The kind of sequels i like... Rockstar, they make great sequals. The reason is that they never continue on the story of a old character, they allways make a new story, a new Character, re-invent citys. It might be GTA V, it is a sequal, but it's in no way a continuation on GTA IV.

So i like that... Some games that have a continuing story do it good, MGS is one of them. it's my favorit series. It's allways new element's and new Characters to see. But some kind of never do anything new whit the IP

Megaupload was not just a site that was used for piracy. People did use Megaupload to host their own legitiment files. Because of Megaupload being taken down, the internet has become more censored.

All the countries have to sign it first for it to be passed, European Parliament will have the final decision whether it will pass or not. You're right, it is an international agreement. Phil says it's not a big deal, I say it is because if it does pass, all the countries who signed it will start creating laws to then enforce it. Will we be able to stop them all?

@Koki3 The United States just effectively shut down SOPA/PIPA, which were laws that would have done what ACTA proposes to do....as long as we stay on top of things, democracy will prevail. I fully expect to be talking about more internet censorship bills and topics later in the year. And everyone else needs to stay on top of it in their own respective countries where they have the power to speak up as well. But right now, ACTA is NOT a threat, and nowhere near as scary as SOPA/PIPA were.

The treaty in it's original form would have been worse then SOPA/PIPA, but it has been watered down to current US law. The reason other countries are going crazy is because they will have to follow our regulations without the safeguards the US has. For example, Ireland does not have a clear definition of what "Fair Use" is, so it could be a big problem for them. that's why they are angry
