I love the .swf version. You can interact and change so much; clicking on the girls in their intro opens up alternate pics of them (except for ME; hers crash after 2 or 3 clicks) , you can throw ME away when she floating in the Recycle Bin, and a bunch of other stuff.

Just to answer your question...

This is supposed to be a sorta fake "intro" to an anime that stars all the variations of Windows OS (each one represented by a girl) as the main characters. Each girl has the look and characteristics of the Windows that she represents. For instance, Windows 95-tan looks the eldest since 95 is considered the oldest of the 32bit Windows OSs, and Windows ME-tan is very clumsy, lacks common sense, and practically fails at everything she does... for obvious reasons.

It's a parody of the actual song, Sakuranbo Kiss. If you watch the Japanese lyrics, most of them match up quite nicely - whoever created this just changed a word here and there to reflect the nature of Troubled Windows.
