I had an anaphylactic reaction when I was at Red Lobster.

It's the only time I ate lobster, and I got severely sick.

It felt like the room was spinning, a rash started jumping out on me, and my breathing got worse with each intake of air.

They called the paramedics, and I went to the hospital.

I'm glad he mentions heart monitors in this video.

My doctor told me to call 911 after I use my Epi-Pen, b/c he wants my blood pressure to be managed. It has something to do with my high blood pressure and tachycardia. I can't remember how he said it, b/c most of it went over my head, even tho I've worked in health care for years.

I have a list of allergies and medicines but not of the medical history.

Cool ... I need a life pack...must monitor airway, blood pressure and heart rhythm :)
