  • @Matt571 Possibly - on an album. I'm guessing the bleeped word was "bleeder"! Mild indeed - but then, it was 1966!

  • @talbothime Aar. Oi still think it's "bleeder". There's now a recent LIVE version on YouTube, by the current post-Adge band (they're still going) but they do a totally different "fill" at that point - so THAS no help!!

  • @talbothime It seems like the unbleeped version was never released! I know what you mean about it being 1966, the bgleeped word does sound like "bleeder".

  • Haha, yeah, I can understand why the BBC wouldn't allow that...of course, it isn't nearly as bad as the content on the television now. I do like the fact that it sounds like an ol' campfire song :)
