Miss Universe 2003 and 2007 had a spectacular top 5. A very confident and beautiful Amelia Vega was a deserving MU. Mariangel Ruiz with a luminous red gown that was absolutely perfect for her radiant beauty. In short, all 5 were magnificent. In 2007, although I thought Venezuela, Brazil and Korea were better than Japan, all 5 were amazing. PARAGUAY was robbed in 2004. So sensuous and captivating. Australia was beautiful but the personality, catwalk and interview were subpar.

I agree with you about 2004. I thought Paraguay should have won because she was an unconventional beauty, possessed a confident catwalk, was very personable and demonstrated great magnetism and sensuality. Australia had a certain appeal and great body but she was so INSIPID (her final interview was ridiculously bad). USA was attractive but all she had was a magnificent smile which she resorted to time and again. Puerto Rico and T& T had no business in the Top 15.
