How about making sure you do not build them in wetlands and environmentally sensitive areas. Be nice if you kept them in the cities where they need redevelopment not in flood plains ,and tidal areas,and environmentally sensitive wildlife habitat. You guys are interested in money not health and safety of people and environment transit and redevelopment. Live up to your own standards.
