@Sosuhno17 Hey there. Im using the Canon 60D. I made this film by taking a bunch of pictures in a row, rather than shooting video. Heres an article/interview that can explain a lot of how to make this effect.
Basically you take tons of pictures, turn those pictures into a movie, put that movie into Adobe After Effects and apply a special blur to each shot. I used the cameras kit lens, 18-135mm. nothing special.
