I hope you're not working there anymore...i'm quitting as well...my mgr just doesn't know it yet...it's good to have this horrible experience cause it made me realize how much i HATE Chase and how i'm taking ALL my money away and advising EVERYONE i know to close their account because this is a shady company who doesn't care about their customers nor employees.
