The "arrestee" reasonably believes that the person making the arrest is impersonating an officer with the intent of victimizing; or there is reasonable belief that the arrestee would be the victim of police brutality if taken into custody by that individual. Resistance DOES NOT in any situation include a blanket use of deadly force. Period.

What I read was they dismissed the case because of some reports not being submitted in a certain time frame. They did not reach any verdict of guilty or not guilty. Unless something new has come forth that I have not read. I remember reading Anderson's personal blog stating he was found not guilty by a jury, but nothing of a legit source to back his claim. Anderson lies and exaggerates quite often. It's difficult to take anything he says to be the truth.

There are very very specific instances in which courts (not the Supreme Court) have said you can resist, but nothing you said here is even close to accurate.

The "arrestee" reasonably believes that the person making the arrest is impersonating an officer with the intent of victimizing; or there is reasonable belief that the arrestee would be the victim of police brutality if taken into custody by that individual. Resistance DOES NOT in any situation include a blanket use of deadly force. Period.

Since then, the courts -- mostly lower courts and state Supreme Courts, have judged what those proper cases are, and what resistance is warranted. And lethal force against officers has never been sanctioned.

If he's wrong, if he violates your rights, your best option is to go to court and file suit. What I read was they dismissed the case because of some reports not being submitted in a certain time frame. They did not reach any verdict of guilty or not guilty. Unless something new has come forth that I have not read. I remember reading Anderson's personal blog stating he was found not guilty by a jury, but nothing of a legit source to back his claim. Anderson lies and exaggerates quite often. It's difficult to take anything he says to be the truth.

I did not start this war! Those three fagtrolls did! If MonitorTroll had left me alone, I would not have returned to fight back. I asked him repeatedly, and he persisted to harass me on my channel. His lies are not welcome. 311 has not said a peep, so there is hardly a quarrel with her. But MonitorTroll and xxYouTub3Policexx wont leave me alone. So its on. I dont understand something, i wasn't there and neither were you. so how in the world are you better to judge a vid when you and i see the same thing? not saying your wrong but cops dont have to useetheir fancy weapons and such. if there was brutality do you think that cops would release that kind of stuff? i believe we are not to judge because i believe a man who preaches the word of god over a law inforcement officer any day :)

I can imagine he has. He attacked my friend list, and was terribly rude to my best friend, just for his association with me. I live with this friend, and he never said a word to Tedknows! It was unprovoked. I'm glad he can't come here any more to spread his...wow, I ran out of things to call his ridiculous comments! I just do not get that guy! He makes absolutely no sense! Oh well. You are correct. TedKnows was banned for trolling and harassment. I tried everything, but he insisted on continuing. It was kind of obvious he was a troll, but I wanted to be fair and give him the benefit of the doubt.
He was probably either Reggieworth or one of his troll friends. Now the video can go back to being civil without interruptions from abusive people.

Ted. You are being ridiculous. A dog cannot accuse any one of anything. Where does the dog say that theres a person in the trunk? Kicking the dog is far from tough love to friend, and you need to be kicked just for implying that! Yes a dog is considered an officer, however one big difference is: The dog eats kibble, and the officers eat donuts. And stop wishing cops would choke on them! Thats just dumb.

Ted forgive me, but I do not hear any questions left unanswered. I am not implying that you are lying, but could you post the questions that were not answered.
He asked what crime he is being charged with. The officer was answering it, but was interrupted by Anderson. Anderson then asked about what specifically he was being arrested for. The officer answered it by saying it's for failure to obey. He then asks does he have to obey. This was answered also by the officer.

I have no choice but to agree with you effintruth. I commend you for backing up your facts. A sure sign of intelligence. I had a good laugh at the pastor questing the officer about a firearm that is issued to law enforcement. It would be no different than questioning him about his radio. An unneeded waist of time for the officers protecting the American borders.

I also realize some people like Anderson very much and they stand behind him. Which is fine, but I don't see why he has to go out of his way to instigate an issue. In my opinion he is a jerk.
Saying that, I would never say the Border Agents aren't without fault, but most are just doing what they are ordered to do.
There was a video of Anderson just losing it on someone in his church for questioning him. I guess Anderson doesn't like to be questioned when working.
