Air pollution from local industry, transportation, and power generation has been falling year after year since 1999. And yet, the amount of NO2 in the air of Hong Kong has been increasing every year.
The only conclusion is that a major percentage of the pollutants in Hong Kong is from China.
Many factories in China own their power generators that burn low quality coal. Thanks to the communists.
