When i went to the United States to California for the first time in 1983 i could not get over how many fat people were there. And i don't mean 10 pounds over weight. I mean morbidly obese. The kind with their belly hiding their shoes. And they were lining up for seconds at the buffet. I don't wonder why their are so many health problems there.
@Shaidyn I know it looks dumb as hell. I've had people muscle test me three times when making videos though and oddly the arms really does unlock on certain things. It's strange but really identify a food allergy I had.
wow, quite a heated conversation one month back! Well, i've been treated by chiropractors, osteopaths, massage, acupuncture, Do yoga, and pilates, and will try to cut down on suger. Test the alternatives for yourselves, but know that ultimately we're all responsilble for our own health; it's just great to know that we get by "with a little help from our friends"
Buncha fucktard patriotic Canadians and Americans on here. Canadians have an inferioritycomplex and Americans have a superiority complex. Not sure which is more annoying.
Do you think he asks her about her symptoms before and then knows ahead of time that her symptoms could potentially mean a low thyroid and then pushes her arm down harder when he gets to the thyroid? I just don't see any other way for him to convince people that this is legit unless he takes an educated guess beforehand.
i think Ak is good for americans. anything thats going to get fat stupid people off of the hundreds of drugs you idiots take is a good idea. go to europe for a month and you will see that the population is not over medicated and much healthier.
poor americans...an "expensive" bloodtest would reveal far more and would cost you close to nothing in the rest of the western countries.your country is screwed up in some respects and thats coming from a german
Nervous system is composed of Parasympathetic and Sympathetic nervous system. That had anything to do with the examination how? You didn't even test them differently! Nor did it have any bearing on the stupid examination of quackery
Okay like is he retarded. Checking the brain??? He is pressing in on the skull.... He is doing shit all to the brain other than maybe shaking the cranial fluid up a bit. You can just check an organ by palpating like that. Real examinations take multiple tests for just one system! A cardiovascular test alone takes 5 minutes minimum for a routine test.
I thought the video was cool. What you people need to understand is that this comes from eastern medicine. People should learn to open up their minds more often.
@socalkyusho it comes out of their asses ,much like most eastern medicine. The people who criticise this understand what evidence means an you clearly dont
This works! I had a lower back problem fixed in one visit using nothing but the gentlest manipulations, guided by the muscle testing as demonstrated here. Prior to this I had suffered for two years and had the medical profession do nothing but prescribe painkillers and muscle relaxants. The cost? One $12. visit. (no snakeoil was prescribed) The guy I visited also utilized homeopathic treatments to treat imbalances.
Why is this guy talking about "fat" people and nutrition? He is overweight himself!! Geez.... Plus, all the stuff he is talking about and doing is a load of crap. Amazing.
Why is this guy talking about "fat" people and nutrition? He is overweight himself!! Geez.... Plus, all the stuff he is talking about and doingis a load of crap. Amazing.
Of coarse, that would never occur since it really doesn't matter what direction his finger is really facing...only the amount of pressure he applies, AND the direction it is pushed/pulled.
What is truly sad and amazing about this is, so many people are tricked by this.
IE: A.K. implies that she can hold up an 8 lbs dumbbell while his finger is inverted over her eyes, but not a 10 lbs dumbbell.
What's really peculiar is, A.K. inadvertently also implies that the patient is strong...so long as his finger is NOT "inverted" over the patient's eyes!
To test the validity of A.K., the true scientist would instead use an inanimate object with a specific weight relative to the patients weakest bearable load.
A dumbbell [which has no mind of it's own] could be used by the patient to resist and determine their maximum load.
The Dr could use his bogus inverse finger pressure technique over her eyes (lol) until her arm could not sustain the weight when the flexor side of his finger is facing up.
A correct application of science would not utilize the resistance of the Dr's own hand, because he/she could push softer/harder, and away/toward the patient at his/her own will.
BTW...this technique is widely used in certain martial arts to break an opponent's balance!
@findingj0y You're absolutely right. Doctors, surgens and pharmicists are evil and just trying to take your money. I have an all cure right here, sirs and madams, 100% pure snake oil! Milked from the finest rattlesnakes, it will solve all your aches and pains, even harsh diseases, like AIDS, DOWNS SYNDROME and CANCER! All without expensive medical bills, and a lifetime supply is YOURS for a one time payment of only $300!!
Please do not call this Applied Kinesiology as it is not.
For the poor guy wgagandalf007 take a look at this:
- High Correlation Between Manual Muscle Testing Response to the Insalivation of Potential Food Allergens and Laboratory Assessment of Immunoglobulin Levels Associated With Those Same Foods.
@troculare Thanks. I found the "study" synopsis on line. Couldn't find the whole pdf file. Red flag in the synopsis: stated it only involved 17 patients. Other red flag, the author-"researcher" Walter H. Schmitt, is a chiropractor who promotes AK and is not a scientist or neutral party. He makes his living with AK and sits on the group that promotes AK to the ignorant masses. Question remains...where's the impartial, scientific, 3rd party. Peer review is often meaningless in junk science
So he puts pressure on an organ and then measures it's health by said action's effect on the patient's ability to keep their arm still against pressure?
Why is everyone arguing? I think that instead of fighting so strongly for one side of the entire healing spectrum, we should find common ground and advance. Both modern medicine and AK, which in some aspects resembles ancient practices for healing, have both been proven to work. The real goal is finding the science that intertwines the two... now that would be great
you arent the type of person who keeps up on research and it sounds like you have the objectivity of atilla the hun. being credible really doesnt mean anything coming from an ideolog like you
@mtross70 i studied physiology and sports rehabiltation for 4 yrs fulltime 10 years ago and practised and read research on new developements ever since, there has never been any credible research to show AK works, zero and the guys who practise it are invariably clowns, most chiros do not use it.Chiro itself is pretty much a joke as well,to call them doctors is a disgrace.
did you study the fact that most pro athletes and olympians get adjusted by chiropractors? these testimonal threads are all over youtube. do you know better than jerry rice or joe montana? what about john elway? evander holyfield? ect... you have no credible research yourself you just like saying research. i have witnessed ak practicioners do things i cant explain with amazing accuracy.
@mtross70 Testimonials are the worst form of evidence. Chiro has benefits duh, so does massage. Pro athletes and Olympians do a lot of things i would never do. Generally if you want information related to your health talk to a doctor, not a fucking chiropractor. The entire thing was based on a faulty premise! fuck
what i said about americans is factual and not an opinion. also i've competed on an elite level (wrestling) so i dont need an idiot like you telling me chiropractic doesn't work. and i trust most professional athletes doing what makes them perform at their highest level as i did. your either too stupid or arrogant to deal with the fact that chiro works. you can find them in plenty of hosptials in the united states as well as the military at the present.
@mtross70 Testimonial is the form of evidence you don't want to trust. If it works for you whatever. It is simply like massage, it makes you feel better but is really only for slight pain management. Chiro works but not always to the extent they say. This guy is full of fucking crap. You can't test the nervous system that easily, nor all the organ systems. The only thing they treat is pain. The fact is it is based on a faulty premise from the beginning. Chiro can't cure diseases, or anythingelse
look chap. you sound as if you know absolutely zero about chiropractic. chiro increased my ROM and strength in lower extremities. there is a study on web md that shows that upper cervical chiropractic lowers blood pressure. look up the facts before you make ignorant remarks
@mtross70 Name ONE valid study. Just one. Name one valid university that teaches it. Just one. Name one double blind study that's supported it. Just one. Name one valid scientific publications that's endorsed it. Just one. Here's the truth...there is NO objective research supporting AK. Not One. Post the link if you find it. I dare you. (BTW--since most disciples don't know science--testimonials and promoters sales pitches don't count. No motive for gain is required in science.
the science hasn't caught up with it moron. give the science behind asprin lowering a fever, nobody knows how it happens so aspirin is unscientific. gravity- nobody knows how it works , just that it works and it exists. gravity is unscientific. acupuncture- nobody knows how it works but it does work so it's also unscientific. chiropractic- nobody knows how it works but it does. unscientific. the funny thing is, evidence based medicine can't find cures for anything... that's very scientific
@mtross70 Actually, we do know how aspirin metabolizes to reduce fever. Aspirin reduce fever (and pain) in the body by suppressing the production of prostaglandins and thromboxanes. Its main mechanism of action is irreversible inactivation of the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme which is the parent enzyme of prostaglandin & thromboxane. Everybody knows how gravity works. That has not been a mystery since Isaac Newton. Sciene has found many cures. What you talking about Willis? You need to read.
@mtross70 Where? Can you name any impartial, unbiased scientific research? There's also "research" on alien abduction, the bermuda triangle, bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. Chiropractic should not sink to that level of bogus, sham, testimonial-based "research."
what is unbiased research? where do u get ur unbiased research? so if research is funded by multi-billion dollar drug companies(which most of it is) then this is unbiased? LOL ur clueless and glib if you think that medical research funded by multi-national corporations isn't biased. AK is pretty accurate depending on the person administering it. how it works isn't really known which would put it into the realm of aspirin, gravity, chiropractic, acupuncture, electrons, neutrons ect..
@mtross70 well, technicially there's no such thing as being 'unbiased', personally I prefer to read research done by universities as I like to think students are less bias than drug companies. ;)
@mtross70 Sure, there are some errors in science. But using double-blind studies, reproducable results, independent labs doing the studies, peer-review panels, years of analysis, experts with PhD's and Masters. And of course drug companies are involved. It's called R&D. "Greed is good" -Gordon Gecko. But they also don't want multi-million $ law suits, so they try to get it right too. The chiro kool-aid you've drunk has poisoned your mind. Think. Think. You're brainwashed in the cult.
consumer reports has also drunk the chiro kool- aid check it out. i like when americans say im brainwashed for being healthy and not taking drugs. americans calling someone brainwashed is humorous. but i guess being the most unhealthiest ,overmedicated people in the idustrialized world would make one clueless. your government, media and education are run and funded by corporations this is why you idiots bomb countries for no apparent reason and eat horrible GM food that your clueless about.
@mtross70 Could you be more cliched? So our evil imperialistic empire is the problem? And our military-industrial complex means therefore that science is somehow corrupt? And peer-reviewed research is all tainted if it has profit motive? Your logic then is that the opposite of our society, say in Africa, is somehow "better" since they have no medicine and no fat citizens? Yeah. Sure. That's why they all want to stay in Africa, Mexico, Asia, etc.. Iraq was so peaceful till we came.
i said" industrialized nations" . americans have health problems that europeans dont even know about. the american medical establishment is far from scientific this is why it is failing. nobody is being cured of anything save antibiotics and even with that there are hundreds of thousands of people in the USA dying from nosicomal infections every year. your science just consistes of you saying the word "science" a million times. for the most part you guys are fat, dumb, and over medicated.
@mtross70 Wow! You really got a problem hating America, dude. What's up with that? That's like the 3rd post where you hate America(ns). You slam our media, government, medicine, science, schools, people, military, etc.. I get it. You think most of us are fat, dumb and over-medicated. Sounds like you have an envy problem. When someone consistently tears down their superiors, it usually just proves their own inferiority complex. Are you in our 51st state? Canada? No wonder your jealous.
hate america? give me one thing i said that isn't accurate? what im saying is a fact you are a laughing stock around the world. almost 70% of you are obese! this is a fact, most of you can't understand simple math and lets not even go into geography for christ sake. you consume 70% of the worlds perscription drugs and your infant mortality is on par with central america. superior? you are completely insolvent. if i have to hear one more idiot american talk about science i'll puke.
@DocAamodt Fuck you. I am Canadian, and we aren't your fucking 51st state. We are similar it some ways but different in others. Ill trash mtross in favour of america, but saying america is better than canada is just arrogant. BTW Canadians don't want to be american. We have it much better buddy. We pay higher taxes, we know that. But we also are fucking six times our annual GDP in debt! How the fuck do you go from the worlds largest surplus to deficit. 20 trillion! where the fuck did it go
@braedencowbrough Classy. Apparently youyr BP is also higher in Canada, but your perception of satire is lower. Take a chill pill. The "nation trashing" was started on YOUR side of this discussion, not mine. I'm sure Canadians are fine people. Most of you speak English. You have great wines. You gave us William Shatner--(who moved to the U.S.)--and you buy lots of our cars and movies. But you should clean up your langauge and don't pick a fight due to your lack of a sense of humor.
@mtross70 Honestly you are a bit of a douche. America has problems hands down. SO DOES EUROPE. Im fucking canadian we have them too. No where is perfect. Just as a heads up though, the majority of peer reviewed articles are by american authors. Yes they are dumb. They also have many smart people. Europe does too. EVERYWHERE does. You are stereotyping people without actually knowing a damn thing. By the way chiro is BS.
saying that americans are the unhealthiest, fatest, and over medicated people in the industrialized world is a scientific fact that can be proven with real data from your government. . welcome to the real world everything in the US is profit motive this is why nothing you have works. your schools(stupidity),prisons, war machine, your food sucks, media, everything you have is for profit. this is why your a bankrupt nation. your whole system teeters on bankrupcy as we speak.
sure is that why in the AMA issue july 2000. the the AMA admitted that US medical care is the third leading cause of death in your country. your clueless
there are many things that exist and can be measured, AK is one of them. there are also many things that exist in this world that science can't explain. medical research knows very little about the human body and the human mind/spirit. when science advances in the future we will find out why AK and acupuncture works. we will also see(measure) electrons orbiting around protons and nuetrons. right now we cannot.
@mtross70 Bro, electrons do not orbit so to speak around protons and neutrons, they merely exist in a mathematical expression that can be simply expressed as a cloud of probability. The movements of electrons have a certain probability to be within a space in the electron cloud depending on the energy that they carry and the weak forces of the intramolecular forces. We can also see atoms themselves, as EM's are capable of viewing them.
@mtross70 And according to Schrodinger's model of the atom, we can only know either the speed of the electron, or its direction, but neither can be known at the same time, only a probability can be projected through mathematical expression.
you probably don't realize that americans are the most unhealthiest(fatest), over medicated idiotic bloaks on the planet. you people consume 70% of the worlds pharmaceauticals and corporations not only run your government, they also fund your media and your bullshit research (universities). they tell you what is "science" and doesnt sound like the science is working for you seeing that you morons are all medicated and fat. how many drugs do you take daily?
@jacquesdemealkeys "Both have been proven to work." I don't think so. The reason there is valid disputation is because some ideas are not compatible. You can't combine all ideas to "just get along." It's like trying to say that adding fillet mignon with dog feces will prove their both edible. Nonsense. Embracing junk science WITH real science only poisons the real science.
@wgagandalf007 LOL, keep pumping chemicals in your body to mask your symptoms. The ways of western medicine has the US healthcare system 37th in the world despite spending more per person than any country.
Your ways failed. Put down the kitschy little American flag and let the REAL healers ply their craft.
@csquaredremixz they arent healers ,theyre baygals, zero understanding of science or even anatomy and physiology. The healthcare system isnt caused by medical science, its a political and management issue, completely sepearte. There is lots of therapy that has nothing to do with quack science, physical therapy for example.
@billysue2 Keep blindly worshiping the system that has the US almost rock-bottom amongst industrialized nations in terms of healthcare. You sound like a fan of a team that went winless all season trying to prove your team is REALLY #1 despite their laughable record. What's cute is that you don't even realize it. Bless your simple little head.
@csquaredremixz as you have just been told a healthcare system isnt just evidence based, its politics and management which influence its implementation. If you need any further help understanding the english language ,dont hesitate to ask.
@billysue2 Do you REALLY want to bring politics and management into this to DEFEND western medicine? Well howwwwwdy Billy Joe Jack Sue, down in your parts, we call that there a "head-scratcher!"
@csquaredremixz polotics and management influence the operation of healthcare system. The actual treatment and knowledge is evidence based unlike the crap that comes from alternative medicine, facts dont need to be defended, ridiculous claims with zero evidence do.
@billysue2 Two words: Vioxx Case. GTFO with your "evidence." Politics rush bullshit drugs onto the market and politics protect shady doctors when their quackery intentionally erases heart attacks from test groups. Its like you're a Christian claiming the Bible is true because God wrote it when you can't prove there's a God in the first place. You're citing fudged evidence and are simple enough to buy into it. I'll stick to real-world results; have fun being a statistic, sweetheart.
@csquaredremixz anecdotal and correlational evidence is weak evidence, anecdotal isnt eveidence at all and is what alternative therapy is based on.Many thousands of lives have been saved by drug developement,an extreme minority unfortunately have been lost.Im fully familiar with supressed results and biased reporting in the pharmacuetical industry ,those are in the minority.Medicine includes far more than just drugs, theres physical medicine, surgery, radio and chemotherapy all of which are proven
@billysue2 LMAO @ thinking chemo is even necessary. BRB radiating the entire body to the brink of death to suppress a tumor - a SYMPTOM of cancer, but suppressing a tumor doesn't cure cancer. Look at all the people that "get cancer again." Cancer isn't caused by a radiation deficiency.
What's cute is that you claim you have evidence that's credible when there's maybe 100 years of pharm use compared to centuries of real-world whole food and herbal success. People like you are a marketing dream
@csquaredremixz radiation often works as does chemo and obviously it can recur, those and surgery are the only options.Alternative therapy has nothing for cancer nor any other serious life threatening illness.Up to the latter part of the last century medicine was pretty backward, there was lots of bullshit up to then.I dont buy into any marketing from anywhere,I dont need to,ive spent 10 years studying the science and can evaluate evidence for myself.
@billysue2 Cancer is a late-stage degenerative condition. Radiating the body does nothing to address the poor state the body was in to allow the cancer to form.. People like you with their heads up their asses with treatments that do NOT work outside the lab waste billions trying to find a drug that "cures" cancer. I'd laugh if it wasn't so disgusting.
Cute that your 10 years of "studying the science" trumps centuries of eastern medicine. Guess you don't need an IQ for a youtube account, yikes!
@csquaredremixz many cancers are not associated with degeneration, how do childeren get cancer.Cancers in general are deleterious mutations during cell division, the chances of which go up the longer you live, but its far from exclusive to the elderly. No treatment outside research is carried out in a lab and modern medicine has saved millions of lives Any study trumps eastern medicine ,its mostly bullshit and superstition. Its a belief system, not science.
@billysue2 You don't have you be old to have an organ slip into a degenerative state. Sounds like you live by the asinine "if I don't know the answer, it doesn't work" bullshit that pushes drugs backed by quack-conducted testing designed to pass the drugs in the first place. I happily await you making a statistic out of yourself following your own bullshit. Good luck masking symptoms, genius.
@billysue2 cancers are spiritual/emotional disease for the most part. by the way modern medicine is the third leading cause of death in the USA. JAMA july 2000 issue. get the facts.
@mtross70 medical science knows exactly what cancer is on a cellular level,it has zero to do with spiritual or psychological issues.I think youll find medicine has saved the lives of millions more than its harmed, without it wed be in the dark ages.
they do? so does a five year old. it's your body making cells so what. the big question is what causes it? medical science doesn't know the answer to this question. why? because it's physical medicine and the body is both physical & spiritual.
@mtross70 its far more complex than your body making cells and no they dont know the exact cause of many types of cancer but have treatment thats effective for some types. The body cant be anything other than physical, even thought processes are physical, there is nothing beyond the physical in the universe as far as we know so that is currently our truth until its disproven
again I will say medicine does not know the cause of cancer and this is fact. medicine does admit and adhere to the notion that stress does cause illness. the "stress" i refer to is a spiritual/psyhco cause of alot of the disease we see today. this is precisely why very few cures can be found in medicine. the body is treated but the mind is not.
@mtross70 because bad stress may supress the immune system doesnt mean that lack of stress means no cancer.Cancer is genetic mutation during cell division, its still going to happen regardless of stress levels and control of stress need not have anything to do with spiritualism in the first place.
I know what cancer is. the medical community knows what it is, but again doesn't know what causes it. I think you have an undefined word. the human mind and spirit are one in the same. they are formless and not tangable parts of a human being. not everything can be measured by medical science. why? our technology hasn't caught up with certain healing techniques. eg. acupucture works but we don't understand how it works. we can't measure things we know nothing about
@mtross70 spirit means something not composed of matter.Everything in the mind is caused by physiology, its all matter, the 2 words are almost complete opposites. If science cant measure or even provide a way it might exist,it doesnt exist. This isnt the dark ages where scientists thought the world was flat.
@mtross70 NOW YOURE REALLYBULLSHITTING,the mind is a result of nueronal activity and nothing else,it is a product of the brain.Fmri scans are measuring whats on peoples minds, not the detail of thoughts but can measure emotional activity a degree of processing. The mind/brain seperation has virtually no support in modern psychology.
making the statement that psychology is science??? u r definately a moron by making that statement. psychology doesn't use scientific testing or medical testing to diagnose mental illness. like medicine they don't cure disease either. any well learned person knows this. by the way, why haven't you answered my question about asprin?
@mtross70 psychology my dear boy doesnt diagnose anything, psychiatry does that.Psychology is as much a science as any.I have answered the aspirin question. If ye cant differentiate between psychology and psychiatry, theres no point debating with you.
@mtross70 the jury is still out on whether acupuncture works apart from placebo. However there is a known mechanism how it could work with studies to back it up,the pain gate control theory and the release of endorphins and other painkilling substances in response to stimming nerves under the skin.It has zero to do with chi ,energy channels or meridian bollox.
stress actually releases cortisol which can kill a person. this is just one chemical we know of that the body releases under stress. our knowledge of the human body is minscule in the big picture of things. our science is limited to what we can measure. in 100 years alot of our science or theories will be debunked as they have been in the last 50 years.
@mtross70 it cant kill anything and a certain amount is beneficial.Currently we know an incredible amount about the body but not everything wed like, the brain is a different story. No theory we have currently is likely to be disproven totally but will just be expanded and made clearer. A scientific theory is almost fact, its not the common use of the word
based only on what is known at that time. I have a question for you! how does aspirin reduce a fever? give me the scientific mechanism envolved in lowering ones fever while taking asprin. aspirin is a medical marvel surely you can explain this in detail. seeing that your scientific and all
@mtross70 i dont know and havent time to look but there are known ways that it might work so its not implausible like alternative therapies. Also its been proven to work in controlled research, unlike those therapies so even if we couldnt see how it might work,it plainly does.
alternative medicine works by measuring outcomes. there is plenty of research to prove that AK or chiropractic works. I emphatically believe that you are a person not interested in this data. You have your mind made up already reguardless of any research. you don't come across as a person who objectively examines research or who is fair in any way
@mtross70 chiropractic has some reasonable quality research to back it upin cases of lower back pain, the mechanism behind it isnt correction of so called subluxations though.AK has zero quality research and is pure rubbish, many chiros use AK also.Ive spent the last 10 yrs evaluating research on therapy, psychology and sports science, its part of my job
@csquaredremixz Yes but those "centuries" you mention don't even amount to a minute of valid testing since they weren't tested using rigorous scientific methods. Science may not be perfect... but at least it's trying to get there.
@migdel1983 You mean the testing with the same shadily shallow history as drugs? The tests that "prove" drugs work, that later are proven to not work? The tests that "prove" vitamin isolates work, and then later prove they're incomplete and cause deficiencies? Those cute little "tests?" Vioxx was peer-reviewed as safe, but killed tons of people before being pulled. That means it was never safe... but the "tests!" Please... I'll take real-world results over corrupt "tests," you lemming
@csquaredremixz real world results arent proof,it cant prove causation. The scientific method is real evidence but those results can be manipulated by pharma to make their product look good ,what happened with vioxx and some antidepressants. The fault is the company execs, not the testing or the scientific method.
@billysue2 "Real world results aren't proof." Yikes. This is the dangerous mentality that gets our health care system in shambles. The arrogant desire to only believe something works if YOU can explain it makes you out to be a lot more important than you are. Scurvy is not cured in all cases by ascorbic acid alone, but IS cured 100% of the time by beets. Scientists haven't figured out which constituents fill that gap... so that means its untrue? Get off the high horse; you're hurting America.
@csquaredremixz if someone gets better with a treatment,it could be the result of several factors including placebo, without experiment we cant prove causation. What is beets? You do realise that without evidence based medicine, you might as well go to a withcdoctor, its just guesswork and superstition. What makes you think im american, there is a world outside that fucked up nation.
@billysue2 Again, just because *you* don't know the active ingredient doesn't mean it doesn't exist, and in the meantime, you and your kind are pushing your incomplete theories as fact, causing wide-spread vitamin and mineral deficiencies in the process.
"What is beets?" Did you drop out in elementary school? If you're trying to move this into the notion that whole foods are "guesswork and superstition," you're even dumber than I thought... and I wasn't holding you in high regard before...
@csquaredremixz i never referred to any vitamin or active ingredient of any kind,i m talking about evidence based treatment in general. Many scientific theories are incomplete but sufficient explain how something works. There is no elementary school outside america, beets must be a term used mostly there.Ive also never mentioned whole foods.
@billysue2 LOL wow... beets are a vegetable, sweetheart. Spend less time learning about dangerous isolates and more about basic foods - that's embarrassing.
@csquaredremixz ive never mentioned any of the things you are referring to,are you blind? You are referring to beetroot,in europe we dont use the word beets, and yep its a beneficial food,i never said differently
@billysue2 Am Iblindd? Ask yourself that. Go back and read - I've been talking about whole foods this whole time... I'm not referring to "beetroot," I'm referring to beets. The vegetable. LMAO wow, you didn't even understand what I was talking about all this time... exit quietly, sweetheart.
@csquaredremixz you may have been talking about whole foods but i never mentioned them.Again, the word beets isnt used in europe,it must be a member of the beet family and very similar to beetroot since that is well known for antioxidative properties
you also have zero knowledge of chiropractic ciriculum. making this statement proves your an ignorant shmuck. chiropractors anatomy, neuroanatomy, and physiology is far superior to an MD's they also have more credit hours on all these subjects. again your not interested in factual information
@mtross70 i do ,ive a degree in physiology and rehabilitation and compared notes with chiro students, the anatomy and phys theory is exactly the same as every med student in history ever learned. The problem lies in its philosophy, subluxations as an explanation for too broad a category of problems and also the incidence of chiros involved in rubbish like AK
@csquaredremixz Ummm...maybe you missed it, but the ONLY therapy from Ulan's bogus "diagnostic" system is to pump you full of Standard Processing chemicals. All they do is sell you homeopathic and nutritional stuff from the company that sponsors Ulan's "technique". Your replacing the FDA medications, with the quasi-medications of a sales company. 37th in what? Citation please. 37th longevity? 37th in cancer? Real healers?? Please, I'm nauseous. Bogus quacks.
@wgagandalf007 i dont know many chiros that believe in applied kinesiology, they mostly just stick to the spinal realignment crap(its not always crap, but generally is).
Explain what? Explain why the video is crap? Junk Science? Explain myself? I think the lack of science explains itself. There is not magic communication between the arm test and touching glass vials of "magic" water. To accept this crap you have to believe AK (bogus), Energy Healing (bogus), Ulan Technique (bogus), Homeopathy (bogus), Chinese-like Meridian Points (bogus), Innate metaphysics (bogus). Junk + Junk + Junk = JUNK.
@wgagandalf007 Bullcrap, you get hurt in football like i did and see if it doesnt rehab you, get hurt bad and dont have the money for drugs or surgery, chiropractor is a great answer.
@wgagandalf007 Okay this guy is not real. However some chiropractors like mine after a car accident AND football injuries, my chiropractor was great, this diagnosing stuff is horseshit.
By the way, since "ancient medicine" is so important to you, where do you think our traditional western medicine originates? Surgery dates back at least 8,000 years to the Egyptians, and Hippocrates was setting bones in Greece nearly 2,500 years ago. Does it only count if it's ancient CHINESE medicine or something? The knee-jerk repudiation of everything "Western" or "European" in origin is a little weak-minded and childish, IMO.
What absolute crapola this is! Applied Kinesiology has no scientific proof of validity - it's all anecdotal. This is quackery and pseudoscience, plain and simple. it does NOT hold up to blind testing.
I can tell you from experience that its not. My kinesiologist fixed my acid reflux, which was getting much worse from the Nexium crap standard medicine was pushing on me. I can also tell you that if "modern medicine" is proven to work by scientific studies, then they are fairly worthless, since at least 120K people die from modern medicine every year (JAMA said that, I would say its more like 700K plus).
Look, I'm not one to come to the defense of modern Western medicine and everything it does. It certainly has its own problems. I also believe there are valid alternative treatments for some problems, many of which are superior to traditional medicine. However I haven't seen any explanation that convinces me this AK is anything but fakery. I don't buy anyone's "sample of one" anecdote. Can YOU explain how and why this works? If so, I'm listening...
As far as I understand it, the body has its own consciousness, and it fully has the intention and ability to remain healthy. You have a conscious mind though, with its own motivations, and you (the conscious mind) effectively are running the show with the body. So you because of some negative thinking or trauma or whatever can direct the body to malfunction in some way. AK is a way to interface to the body's control system to right the problems caused.
If that explanation works for you, great. Doesn't work for me at all. I did a little reading as well on AK and your description matches what I found. I stopped believing in fairy dust and magic wands when I was in elementary school. Any medical treatment that cannot stand up to a blind or double-blind test is obvious snake oil. That's all.

OUCH! GOTCHA YOU QUACKS!
Of coarse, that would never occur since it really doesn't matter what direction his finger is really facing...only the amount of pressure he applies, AND the direction it is pushed/pulled.
What is truly sad and amazing about this is, so many people are tricked by this.
mumeisha 1 year ago
IE: A.K. implies that she can hold up an 8 lbs dumbbell while his finger is inverted over her eyes, but not a 10 lbs dumbbell.
What's really peculiar is, A.K. inadvertently also implies that the patient is strong...so long as his finger is NOT "inverted" over the patient's eyes!
mumeisha 1 year ago
To test the validity of A.K., the true scientist would instead use an inanimate object with a specific weight relative to the patients weakest bearable load.
A dumbbell [which has no mind of it's own] could be used by the patient to resist and determine their maximum load.
The Dr could use his bogus inverse finger pressure technique over her eyes (lol) until her arm could not sustain the weight when the flexor side of his finger is facing up.
mumeisha 1 year ago
A correct application of science would not utilize the resistance of the Dr's own hand, because he/she could push softer/harder, and away/toward the patient at his/her own will.
BTW...this technique is widely used in certain martial arts to break an opponent's balance!

@mtross70 i studied physiology and sports rehabiltation for 4 yrs fulltime 10 years ago and practised and read research on new developements ever since, there has never been any credible research to show AK works, zero and the guys who practise it are invariably clowns, most chiros do not use it.Chiro itself is pretty much a joke as well,to call them doctors is a disgrace.
scarred10 7 months ago
did you study the fact that most pro athletes and olympians get adjusted by chiropractors? these testimonal threads are all over youtube. do you know better than jerry rice or joe montana? what about john elway? evander holyfield? ect... you have no credible research yourself you just like saying research. i have witnessed ak practicioners do things i cant explain with amazing accuracy.
mtross70 6 months ago
@mtross70 Testimonials are the worst form of evidence. Chiro has benefits duh, so does massage. Pro athletes and Olympians do a lot of things i would never do. Generally if you want information related to your health talk to a doctor, not a fucking chiropractor. The entire thing was based on a faulty premise! fuck
braedencowbrough 6 months ago
what i said about americans is factual and not an opinion. also i've competed on an elite level (wrestling) so i dont need an idiot like you telling me chiropractic doesn't work. and i trust most professional athletes doing what makes them perform at their highest level as i did. your either too stupid or arrogant to deal with the fact that chiro works. you can find them in plenty of hosptials in the united states as well as the military at the present.
mtross70 6 months ago
@mtross70 Testimonial is the form of evidence you don't want to trust. If it works for you whatever. It is simply like massage, it makes you feel better but is really only for slight pain management. Chiro works but not always to the extent they say. This guy is full of fucking crap. You can't test the nervous system that easily, nor all the organ systems. The only thing they treat is pain. The fact is it is based on a faulty premise from the beginning. Chiro can't cure diseases, or anythingelse
braedencowbrough 6 months ago
look chap. you sound as if you know absolutely zero about chiropractic. chiro increased my ROM and strength in lower extremities. there is a study on web md that shows that upper cervical chiropractic lowers blood pressure. look up the facts before you make ignorant remarks

No motive for gain is required in science.
wgagandalf007 1 year ago
the science hasn't caught up with it moron. give the science behind asprin lowering a fever, nobody knows how it happens so aspirin is unscientific. gravity- nobody knows how it works , just that it works and it exists. gravity is unscientific. acupuncture- nobody knows how it works but it does work so it's also unscientific. chiropractic- nobody knows how it works but it does. unscientific. the funny thing is, evidence based medicine can't find cures for anything... that's very scientific
mtross70 10 months ago 2

Chiropractic should not sink to that level of bogus, sham, testimonial-based "research."
wgagandalf007 10 months ago
what is unbiased research? where do u get ur unbiased research? so if research is funded by multi-billion dollar drug companies(which most of it is) then this is unbiased? LOL ur clueless and glib if you think that medical research funded by multi-national corporations isn't biased. AK is pretty accurate depending on the person administering it. how it works isn't really known which would put it into the realm of aspirin, gravity, chiropractic, acupuncture, electrons, neutrons ect..
mtross70 10 months ago
@mtross70 well, technicially there's no such thing as being 'unbiased', personally I prefer to read research done by universities as I like to think students are less bias than drug companies. ;)
ImSoJohnDeleted 9 months ago
sure and they are funded mainly by big pharma. wow you are a very objective fellow i bet you believe everything that you see on the news also
mtross70 7 months ago
@mtross70 Sure, there are some errors in science. But using double-blind studies, reproducable results, independent labs doing the studies, peer-review panels, years of analysis, experts with PhD's and Masters. And of course drug companies are involved. It's called R&D. "Greed is good" -Gordon Gecko. But they also don't want multi-million $ law suits, so they try to get it right too. The chiro kool-aid you've drunk has poisoned your mind. Think. Think. You're brainwashed in the cult.
wgagandalf007 7 months ago
consumer reports has also drunk the chiro kool- aid check it out. i like when americans say im brainwashed for being healthy and not taking drugs. americans calling someone brainwashed is humorous. but i guess being the most unhealthiest ,overmedicated people in the idustrialized world would make one clueless. your government, media and education are run and funded by corporations this is why you idiots bomb countries for no apparent reason and eat horrible GM food that your clueless about.
mtross70 7 months ago
@mtross70 Could you be more cliched? So our evil imperialistic empire is the problem? And our military-industrial complex means therefore that science is somehow corrupt? And peer-reviewed research is all tainted if it has profit motive? Your logic then is that the opposite of our society, say in Africa, is somehow "better" since they have no medicine and no fat citizens? Yeah. Sure. That's why they all want to stay in Africa, Mexico, Asia, etc.. Iraq was so peaceful till we came.
wgagandalf007 7 months ago
i said" industrialized nations" . americans have health problems that europeans dont even know about. the american medical establishment is far from scientific this is why it is failing. nobody is being cured of anything save antibiotics and even with that there are hundreds of thousands of people in the USA dying from nosicomal infections every year. your science just consistes of you saying the word "science" a million times. for the most part you guys are fat, dumb, and over medicated.
mtross70 6 months ago

mtross70 6 months ago

mtross70 6 months ago
there are many things that exist and can be measured, AK is one of them. there are also many things that exist in this world that science can't explain. medical research knows very little about the human body and the human mind/spirit. when science advances in the future we will find out why AK and acupuncture works. we will also see(measure) electrons orbiting around protons and nuetrons. right now we cannot.
mtross70 10 months ago
@mtross70 Bro, electrons do not orbit so to speak around protons and neutrons, they merely exist in a mathematical expression that can be simply expressed as a cloud of probability. The movements of electrons have a certain probability to be within a space in the electron cloud depending on the energy that they carry and the weak forces of the intramolecular forces. We can also see atoms themselves, as EM's are capable of viewing them.
TheMrVogue 8 months ago
@mtross70 And according to Schrodinger's model of the atom, we can only know either the speed of the electron, or its direction, but neither can be known at the same time, only a probability can be projected through mathematical expression.
TheMrVogue 8 months ago
my point is that the model is considered science and taught as fact in schools around the country and it's far from it.
mtross70 8 months ago
you probably don't realize that americans are the most unhealthiest(fatest), over medicated idiotic bloaks on the planet. you people consume 70% of the worlds pharmaceauticals and corporations not only run your government, they also fund your media and your bullshit research (universities). they tell you what is "science" and doesnt sound like the science is working for you seeing that you morons are all medicated and fat. how many drugs do you take daily?
mtross70 7 months ago
@jacquesdemealkeys "Both have been proven to work." I don't think so. The reason there is valid disputation is because some ideas are not compatible. You can't combine all ideas to "just get along." It's like trying to say that adding fillet mignon with dog feces will prove their both edible. Nonsense. Embracing junk science WITH real science only poisons the real science.
wgagandalf007 10 months ago

Your ways failed. Put down the kitschy little American flag and let the REAL healers ply their craft.
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz they arent healers ,theyre baygals, zero understanding of science or even anatomy and physiology. The healthcare system isnt caused by medical science, its a political and management issue, completely sepearte. There is lots of therapy that has nothing to do with quack science, physical therapy for example.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 Keep blindly worshiping the system that has the US almost rock-bottom amongst industrialized nations in terms of healthcare. You sound like a fan of a team that went winless all season trying to prove your team is REALLY #1 despite their laughable record. What's cute is that you don't even realize it. Bless your simple little head.
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz as you have just been told a healthcare system isnt just evidence based, its politics and management which influence its implementation. If you need any further help understanding the english language ,dont hesitate to ask.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 Do you REALLY want to bring politics and management into this to DEFEND western medicine? Well howwwwwdy Billy Joe Jack Sue, down in your parts, we call that there a "head-scratcher!"
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz polotics and management influence the operation of healthcare system. The actual treatment and knowledge is evidence based unlike the crap that comes from alternative medicine, facts dont need to be defended, ridiculous claims with zero evidence do.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 Two words: Vioxx Case. GTFO with your "evidence." Politics rush bullshit drugs onto the market and politics protect shady doctors when their quackery intentionally erases heart attacks from test groups. Its like you're a Christian claiming the Bible is true because God wrote it when you can't prove there's a God in the first place. You're citing fudged evidence and are simple enough to buy into it. I'll stick to real-world results; have fun being a statistic, sweetheart.
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz anecdotal and correlational evidence is weak evidence, anecdotal isnt eveidence at all and is what alternative therapy is based on.Many thousands of lives have been saved by drug developement,an extreme minority unfortunately have been lost.Im fully familiar with supressed results and biased reporting in the pharmacuetical industry ,those are in the minority.Medicine includes far more than just drugs, theres physical medicine, surgery, radio and chemotherapy all of which are proven
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 LMAO @ thinking chemo is even necessary. BRB radiating the entire body to the brink of death to suppress a tumor - a SYMPTOM of cancer, but suppressing a tumor doesn't cure cancer. Look at all the people that "get cancer again." Cancer isn't caused by a radiation deficiency.
What's cute is that you claim you have evidence that's credible when there's maybe 100 years of pharm use compared to centuries of real-world whole food and herbal success. People like you are a marketing dream
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz radiation often works as does chemo and obviously it can recur, those and surgery are the only options.Alternative therapy has nothing for cancer nor any other serious life threatening illness.Up to the latter part of the last century medicine was pretty backward, there was lots of bullshit up to then.I dont buy into any marketing from anywhere,I dont need to,ive spent 10 years studying the science and can evaluate evidence for myself.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 Cancer is a late-stage degenerative condition. Radiating the body does nothing to address the poor state the body was in to allow the cancer to form.. People like you with their heads up their asses with treatments that do NOT work outside the lab waste billions trying to find a drug that "cures" cancer. I'd laugh if it wasn't so disgusting.
Cute that your 10 years of "studying the science" trumps centuries of eastern medicine. Guess you don't need an IQ for a youtube account, yikes!
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz many cancers are not associated with degeneration, how do childeren get cancer.Cancers in general are deleterious mutations during cell division, the chances of which go up the longer you live, but its far from exclusive to the elderly. No treatment outside research is carried out in a lab and modern medicine has saved millions of lives Any study trumps eastern medicine ,its mostly bullshit and superstition. Its a belief system, not science.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 You don't have you be old to have an organ slip into a degenerative state. Sounds like you live by the asinine "if I don't know the answer, it doesn't work" bullshit that pushes drugs backed by quack-conducted testing designed to pass the drugs in the first place. I happily await you making a statistic out of yourself following your own bullshit. Good luck masking symptoms, genius.
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@billysue2 cancers are spiritual/emotional disease for the most part. by the way modern medicine is the third leading cause of death in the USA. JAMA july 2000 issue. get the facts.
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 medical science knows exactly what cancer is on a cellular level,it has zero to do with spiritual or psychological issues.I think youll find medicine has saved the lives of millions more than its harmed, without it wed be in the dark ages.
billysue2 1 year ago
they do? so does a five year old. it's your body making cells so what. the big question is what causes it? medical science doesn't know the answer to this question. why? because it's physical medicine and the body is both physical & spiritual.
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 its far more complex than your body making cells and no they dont know the exact cause of many types of cancer but have treatment thats effective for some types. The body cant be anything other than physical, even thought processes are physical, there is nothing beyond the physical in the universe as far as we know so that is currently our truth until its disproven

again I will say medicine does not know the cause of cancer and this is fact. medicine does admit and adhere to the notion that stress does cause illness. the "stress" i refer to is a spiritual/psyhco cause of alot of the disease we see today. this is precisely why very few cures can be found in medicine. the body is treated but the mind is not.
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 because bad stress may supress the immune system doesnt mean that lack of stress means no cancer.Cancer is genetic mutation during cell division, its still going to happen regardless of stress levels and control of stress need not have anything to do with spiritualism in the first place.
billysue2 1 year ago
I know what cancer is. the medical community knows what it is, but again doesn't know what causes it. I think you have an undefined word. the human mind and spirit are one in the same. they are formless and not tangable parts of a human being. not everything can be measured by medical science. why? our technology hasn't caught up with certain healing techniques. eg. acupucture works but we don't understand how it works. we can't measure things we know nothing about
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 spirit means something not composed of matter.Everything in the mind is caused by physiology, its all matter, the 2 words are almost complete opposites. If science cant measure or even provide a way it might exist,it doesnt exist. This isnt the dark ages where scientists thought the world was flat.
billysue2 1 year ago
your confusing the mind with the brain. totally different subjects. the mind isn't the brain. science can't measure whats on somebody's mind.
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 NOW YOURE REALLYBULLSHITTING,the mind is a result of nueronal activity and nothing else,it is a product of the brain.Fmri scans are measuring whats on peoples minds, not the detail of thoughts but can measure emotional activity a degree of processing. The mind/brain seperation has virtually no support in modern psychology.
billysue2 1 year ago
making the statement that psychology is science??? u r definately a moron by making that statement. psychology doesn't use scientific testing or medical testing to diagnose mental illness. like medicine they don't cure disease either. any well learned person knows this. by the way, why haven't you answered my question about asprin?
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 psychology my dear boy doesnt diagnose anything, psychiatry does that.Psychology is as much a science as any.I have answered the aspirin question. If ye cant differentiate between psychology and psychiatry, theres no point debating with you.
billysue2 1 year ago
@mtross70 the jury is still out on whether acupuncture works apart from placebo. However there is a known mechanism how it could work with studies to back it up,the pain gate control theory and the release of endorphins and other painkilling substances in response to stimming nerves under the skin.It has zero to do with chi ,energy channels or meridian bollox.
billysue2 1 year ago
stress actually releases cortisol which can kill a person. this is just one chemical we know of that the body releases under stress. our knowledge of the human body is minscule in the big picture of things. our science is limited to what we can measure. in 100 years alot of our science or theories will be debunked as they have been in the last 50 years.
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 it cant kill anything and a certain amount is beneficial.Currently we know an incredible amount about the body but not everything wed like, the brain is a different story. No theory we have currently is likely to be disproven totally but will just be expanded and made clearer. A scientific theory is almost fact, its not the common use of the word
billysue2 1 year ago
based only on what is known at that time. I have a question for you! how does aspirin reduce a fever? give me the scientific mechanism envolved in lowering ones fever while taking asprin. aspirin is a medical marvel surely you can explain this in detail. seeing that your scientific and all
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 i dont know and havent time to look but there are known ways that it might work so its not implausible like alternative therapies. Also its been proven to work in controlled research, unlike those therapies so even if we couldnt see how it might work,it plainly does.
billysue2 1 year ago
alternative medicine works by measuring outcomes. there is plenty of research to prove that AK or chiropractic works. I emphatically believe that you are a person not interested in this data. You have your mind made up already reguardless of any research. you don't come across as a person who objectively examines research or who is fair in any way
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 chiropractic has some reasonable quality research to back it upin cases of lower back pain, the mechanism behind it isnt correction of so called subluxations though.AK has zero quality research and is pure rubbish, many chiros use AK also.Ive spent the last 10 yrs evaluating research on therapy, psychology and sports science, its part of my job
billysue2 1 year ago
modern medicine hardly uses science. there are very little in the way of cures for disease according to "modern medicine"
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 medecine is science, how could it not be using it.There are treatments for most problems, not necessarily cures.
billysue2 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz Yes but those "centuries" you mention don't even amount to a minute of valid testing since they weren't tested using rigorous scientific methods. Science may not be perfect... but at least it's trying to get there.
migdel1983 1 year ago
@migdel1983 You mean the testing with the same shadily shallow history as drugs? The tests that "prove" drugs work, that later are proven to not work? The tests that "prove" vitamin isolates work, and then later prove they're incomplete and cause deficiencies? Those cute little "tests?" Vioxx was peer-reviewed as safe, but killed tons of people before being pulled. That means it was never safe... but the "tests!" Please... I'll take real-world results over corrupt "tests," you lemming
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz real world results arent proof,it cant prove causation. The scientific method is real evidence but those results can be manipulated by pharma to make their product look good ,what happened with vioxx and some antidepressants. The fault is the company execs, not the testing or the scientific method.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 "Real world results aren't proof." Yikes. This is the dangerous mentality that gets our health care system in shambles. The arrogant desire to only believe something works if YOU can explain it makes you out to be a lot more important than you are. Scurvy is not cured in all cases by ascorbic acid alone, but IS cured 100% of the time by beets. Scientists haven't figured out which constituents fill that gap... so that means its untrue? Get off the high horse; you're hurting America.
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz if someone gets better with a treatment,it could be the result of several factors including placebo, without experiment we cant prove causation. What is beets? You do realise that without evidence based medicine, you might as well go to a withcdoctor, its just guesswork and superstition. What makes you think im american, there is a world outside that fucked up nation.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 Again, just because *you* don't know the active ingredient doesn't mean it doesn't exist, and in the meantime, you and your kind are pushing your incomplete theories as fact, causing wide-spread vitamin and mineral deficiencies in the process.
"What is beets?" Did you drop out in elementary school? If you're trying to move this into the notion that whole foods are "guesswork and superstition," you're even dumber than I thought... and I wasn't holding you in high regard before...
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz i never referred to any vitamin or active ingredient of any kind,i m talking about evidence based treatment in general. Many scientific theories are incomplete but sufficient explain how something works. There is no elementary school outside america, beets must be a term used mostly there.Ive also never mentioned whole foods.
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 LOL wow... beets are a vegetable, sweetheart. Spend less time learning about dangerous isolates and more about basic foods - that's embarrassing.
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz ive never mentioned any of the things you are referring to,are you blind? You are referring to beetroot,in europe we dont use the word beets, and yep its a beneficial food,i never said differently
billysue2 1 year ago
@billysue2 Am Iblindd? Ask yourself that. Go back and read - I've been talking about whole foods this whole time... I'm not referring to "beetroot," I'm referring to beets. The vegetable. LMAO wow, you didn't even understand what I was talking about all this time... exit quietly, sweetheart.
csquaredremixz 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz you may have been talking about whole foods but i never mentioned them.Again, the word beets isnt used in europe,it must be a member of the beet family and very similar to beetroot since that is well known for antioxidative properties
billysue2 1 year ago
you also have zero knowledge of chiropractic ciriculum. making this statement proves your an ignorant shmuck. chiropractors anatomy, neuroanatomy, and physiology is far superior to an MD's they also have more credit hours on all these subjects. again your not interested in factual information
mtross70 1 year ago
@mtross70 i do ,ive a degree in physiology and rehabilitation and compared notes with chiro students, the anatomy and phys theory is exactly the same as every med student in history ever learned. The problem lies in its philosophy, subluxations as an explanation for too broad a category of problems and also the incidence of chiros involved in rubbish like AK
billysue2 1 year ago
@csquaredremixz Ummm...maybe you missed it, but the ONLY therapy from Ulan's bogus "diagnostic" system is to pump you full of Standard Processing chemicals. All they do is sell you homeopathic and nutritional stuff from the company that sponsors Ulan's "technique". Your replacing the FDA medications, with the quasi-medications of a sales company. 37th in what? Citation please. 37th longevity? 37th in cancer? Real healers?? Please, I'm nauseous. Bogus quacks.
wgagandalf007 1 year ago
@wgagandalf007 i dont know many chiros that believe in applied kinesiology, they mostly just stick to the spinal realignment crap(its not always crap, but generally is).
billysue2 1 year ago
don't be sad because you're ignorant and devoid of knowledge

@wgagandalf007 Explain.
Cormega006 1 year ago
@Cormega006

Zcallas 10 months ago
@wgagandalf007 Okay this guy is not real. However some chiropractors like mine after a car accident AND football injuries, my chiropractor was great, this diagnosing stuff is horseshit.
Zcallas 10 months ago
@wgagandalf007 Do some research, chiropractor's have the least level of education and the highest level of fraud in the medical profession.
Many studies show that chiropractor's aren't actually useful at all...

can we just watch and enjoy the video :)

PGLoverX 1 year ago 3
What absolute crapola this is! Applied Kinesiology has no scientific proof of validity - it's all anecdotal. This is quackery and pseudoscience, plain and simple. it does NOT hold up to blind testing.
PGLoverX 1 year ago
@PGLoverX
I can tell you from experience that its not. My kinesiologist fixed my acid reflux, which was getting much worse from the Nexium crap standard medicine was pushing on me. I can also tell you that if "modern medicine" is proven to work by scientific studies, then they are fairly worthless, since at least 120K people die from modern medicine every year (JAMA said that, I would say its more like 700K plus).
todgor 1 year ago
@todgor
PGLoverX 1 year ago
@PGLoverX
AK is a way to interface to the body's control system to right the problems caused.
todgor 1 year ago
@todgor
That's all.
