It's not a waterjet. This is a spark erosion machine or EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining). It uses an electric arc to erode material at a much slower rate than regular machining, but with a much higher precision.

Actually, I know for a fact it is our waterjet machine. I took this video for our company, standing next to our Flow International waterjet. It is pretty amazing what water can do!
