there are 2 mounts the one for 200 emblems has no passenger seats, no npcs and looks worse. the one for 20,000 gold has 2 seats with npcs and looks cool
a vendor in dalaran, go to a guard,or people that give u directions, go to vendors and exotic mounts, now it only costs 19000 not 20000G :o what a steal!

im grabbing two (the most important chars) as soon as i have enuff gold. id rather spend the cash up front than wait. if the 1st mount doesnt feel as good as i want it to, i wont buy a 2nd one. jumping off high cliffs and me being all about efficiency, its a must have! only thing that changed in my plans is getting it asap instead of getting it in a few months time. why? cause making gold is easy if ur serious about it. AH and planning is key. if i can do it, you can do it.

I guarantee you don't know even .1% of wows playerbase and yet you are speaking for most people? I've not seen a single person on my server that seems upset about being able to repair wherever they want and whenever they want (Except indoors) and being able to carry around other players. If by most people you mean the forums, less then 1% of wows playerbase again
Don't get me wrong, it's a nice addition to the game, but the only way it would ever be slightly close to being worth 19k gold is if the repairs and reagents were free, or at least a discount. And let's not forget being a proper mount like the tooltip says. The repairs where ever you are is nice, but nothing you can't run a maximum of 5 minutes for instead. I'll admit the ability to carry people is cool if you're helping a lowbie friend.

No, because your character doesn't actually fall, his position on the back of the mammoth stays the same.
At least, thats the idea I get considering he doesn't take fall damage.
Getting that achievement is easy though, just find a slope with a drop and keep moving up the slope and jumping til you get the achievement.

Nitrodust...this isn't a glitch. This is very intended. The mammoth has its own health bar and what not. It's not a mount, it's a vehicle.
