was just watching again, i feel hez one of those who fill musou realli fast and has a good defense as in can take a lot of hit before being in "danger", he fills so fast when getting hit! i feel zhangfei shouldnt be above him if comparing offensively, menghuo's speed is realli fast we probably can cancel his defense lags. these all depends on wut the players of the game like u feel tho, cuz i realli cant judge accurately, just some side opinions if they can offer any good/new ideas

his only and crowd clear move is his musou and the C7

He owns mounted officers, multiple officers, and 3-musou offense, and fast filler, and very good crowd clearer, so why he sucks? It is strictly your fucking inaccurate opinion. Hmm it's more about being able to musou fill on a consistent basis. It's not bad at all though even though the stats show that he's at a disadvantage compared to many higher placed characters, but he can often ignore them because of a few moveset properties. An example would be being able to get off a lot of normal attacks directly after his true musou, because it clears out the around around him so effectively. So even if he gets hit, it may be when he's pretty much almost finishd musou filling

ya that musou is why i felt hez so good, i felt he doesnt have too much trouble filling that musou, and i thought the point about how his musou is almost filled when getting hit is realli good. hm i'm not sure about completion time comparisons, they seem to take quite long especially when u played a lot of the parts rather leisurely, just feeling the chars' offensive speed through random gameplays should give a good evaluation?

so Cleed, I do suppose that on the offensive end of things, he's not really lacking when compared to that gigantic tier with Gan Ning going to Zhang Fei. So I may need to do some revisions. I'll rewatch the videos and pay some attention to completion time comparisons.

One glaring disadvantage is his terrible jump attack. He's unable to jump around like other characters, to dodge attacks, so getting away from crowds when archers are around isn't something Meng Huo is particularly good at

but I'm sure you'll agree with me, that this disadvantage only surfaces seldomly, since even with archers around, he should still be able to attack recklessly right after his true musou. I think that you'd also agree that this disadvantage is something so small that it is determines his position in a tier, rather than his position in the whole Tier List.

ya i agree with both of those, tho honestly i havent noticed the jump attack disadvantage, might be another reason why it's nearly negligible haha

i'd say menghuo is better than weiyan, tho i do like weiyan's moveset better haha~

oh ya i was trying out menghuo today after inally getting my ps2 back, i trained him a bit and thought hez pretty interesting a character, tho all i did was the nub style in hard mode spamming that musou and sometimes c1 XD

Meng Huo is definitely far more productive than Wei Yan is, mainly for the absolute consistency with musou. Getting hit with Meng Huo isn't so bad because he's got a short musou bar too.

Get hit from behind with Wei Yan and it's often a wasted musou.

SSX definitely has a harder time filling musou without getting hit.

So ya, it would be a good idea to review Meng Huo's placement. It's always good to have you double checking my work

short and strong musou for menghuo is realli a good advantage, we can basically ignore his defense problems since it'll combine to give a pretty good offense anyways. um it'd be kool if i can have the final copy of the tier list when u r done, i like looking at them XD
