  • aikido concepts are hard to understand, even more so for ppl eating Mc do and Taco bell all year long. This food is not only material.

    :)

    I like.

  • bullshit aikido

  • those who misunderstand him seem to react and often blame him

i can only suggest you listen again with an openness or find another video

o sensei once called him the heir apparent to aikido

what ever you think you're right

but you might have missed something

  • It is amazing that people take him seriously

  • Love him or hate him, he's one of a kind... and with so many carbon copies promoting their faded images, it's decent to have someone speaking their truth.

  • Shihan Nadeau is from the SF Bay Area where I live. I took a class at his school in Mt. View years ago and just remember being amazed.

I'm really looking forward to taking Aikido very soon. I can only think of 2 or 3 Shihans we have in my area, him being one.

  • the thing is that I understand Nadeau sensei very well. to me all his "noncence" makes perfect sence.

To bad he operates on the other side of the globe :)

  • Nadeau shihan speaks his own language

sometimes it takes a while to understand him

i remember so many times he would say something and i would think similar to your comment

that it was nonsense or worse

    then

about 6 months later i would begin to understand what he was talking about and to see what was saying

i have studied with him for almost 40 years

and always feel fortunate to be his deshi

  • Does he have a problem with his back? He can't seem to stand up straight.

What's it like to try to learn from someone who talks so much nonsense?

  • Comment removed

  • there is so much to be learned from nadeau sensei, its so dificult to describe the feeling of awareness and peace that he transmits and the unique way he teaches it and passes it along so effortlessly to those around him,

    thanks again,

many blessings and greetings from peru,

    thanks again
