@msstylex1090 For even better results use curcumin which is the active ingredient in tumeric. you can get it at purebulk.com but it is much stronger that tumeric so use much less. If you really want tumeric, look for it at an asian or mexican market in bulk, it will be much cheaper than buying a little spice shaker.
There is much scintific evidence that excessive us of Turmeric (Haldi) can destroy natural bacteria like Lactobascilus, occuring in digestive system, which leads to poor digestion and resultant problems. Turmeric is a bactriacide and it may be used with care, when eaten.
After watching your pleasing video I made this and shared it with friends. It's wonderful tasting and my severe joints are GREATLY eased. This is great stuff. Please consider making more of these pleasant videos, they are very fun to watch and have a nice quality about them.
Would this be safe for someone who is going to start chemo next week? While she is trying to do as much 'healthy foods' as she can, the doctors as you may know, aren't very thrilled about any kind of alternative meds. Her chemo starts Jan 18, I hope to hear from you soon! Thank you.
One more question. Are you going to do more of these? They seem really practical and are relaxing to listen to. I just bought some Tumeric to try this recipe.
The almond oil is a little too fatty for me, but I use Turmeric Herbal Extract droplets in milk. It's fast and easy and you don't need to heat anything up :)
Very informative, thank you. I have severe osteo of the knees so I'll try this. One question, is there a diff between "paste" and just taking the spice as is from the bottle?
@dgmoocher Difference is, it is disgusting! Even the paste isn't very nice but it it much easier than taking the spice directly. The milk is my favorite version
I have dermatomyositis and i have being taking golden milk on and off for the last 10 years. and it works wonder when you used daily. As you said it helps with inflammation, skin disorders, desintoxication etc. if you drink it at night (golden milk) it helps me sleep like a baby...
I make my golden milk fresh everyday tend use almond oil (I buy at my neighboorghood Indian store or the international market) and honey to taste and this does wonders for my skin. I highly recommend this!
Thanks for such a useful Golden milk for so many ailments I will try it sincerely for my joint pains---------Waheguru Mehar Kare ji.
