Those were all hardcover editions. A GREAT Cthulhu Mythos anthology in paperback in THE DISCIPLES OF CTHULHU, edited by Edward P. Berglund. Originally published by DAW, it has since been reprinted by Chaosium.

It's a line from a song called "If I Could Fly" from his solo album, CHEAPNESS AND BEAUTY:
"I see the stars have spelled your name in the sky."
It immediately made me think of the Great Old Ones!
