  • holy long video. This review does not need to be 6+ minutes long. The point could have been made in ~3 minutes without all the fluff in between

  • Lol not sure how you were able to just drop the phone. Yes its protected, but that would hurt me on the inside.

  • @jmonshau lmao

  • $20 for an otter box is amazingly cheap. They are incredible covers. They sell them for blackberry that are sand, water, scratch, and shock proof for $50. I will definitely be getting one of these.

  • 20$?? a good deal?? hell no!

  • @o0zeroeffect0o you get what you pay for. OtterBox makes good quality cases. I've purchased cheap cases from ebay that were junk and definitely felt cheap. Also keep in mind that this OtterBox case is much thicker than most.

  • @mherald81 maybe so. but damn 20 is a little steep for just a cover lol. it does seem to be a really good cover tho. i went to the website otterbox. they got 2 other covers and they really look like batmans suit from dark knight haha. so I ended up buying one off ebay for $10 lol thanx for ur review tho it helped me decide.

  • @steelmesh wow seriously lol

  • what brand shield do you use on your hero in this video?

  • @SPLATvids09 The ScreenGuardz Privacy by NLU Products....They make BodyGuardz too.

  • Not convincing, totally sales pitch not so much review

  • @steelmesh I find the case to be one of the best that I've tried for the Hero. I think it's a good deal. One of my friends even got an Otterbox case for his iPhone. If I get a product that I like, of course I'm going to recommend it to others.

  • @mherald81 I found a $0.74 (yes, 74 cents) plastic case from amazon for my hero, rubberized black. For 74 cents it is quality, snaps together very nicely.

  • @steelmesh Good for you.

  • does the phone fit tight inside the case or is it a bit loose?

  • @SMDO It doesn't fit too tight, but definitely not loose. I think it fits the Hero just fine.

  • @SMDO thats what she said.

  • sorry but 20 dollars for that is a rip off, i bought 5 screen protectors from ebay for like 5 bucks... and a soft protector case for around 4 bucks.....

  • Dude you are clueless..What screen protectors did you buy? I am sure they are going to last for 24 hours... Go troll somewhere else.

  • how am i clueless? i've had the same screen protector for weeks and it has no scratches on it.. i still have the extra 4 incase anything might happen to the one im currently using.. and im not trolling, im just merely stating my experience, k?

  • All I can say is that you get what you pay for. I've used cheaper cases that I bought off of eBay and experienced just that. Either they're very thin and loose or feel very cheap or both. This OtterBox case feels very nice and a bit thicker than most silicone cases that I've used, which helps provide some extra cushion in case one drops the device. I'm sure you can find cheaper cases on ebay, but I can guarantee that you won't find one of this quality for $5.

  • well the one i got is not too thin and not too thick.. its just right and it fits perfectly.. i don't see why i would pay so much for basically the same quality..

  • @jorge10928 Well on eBay it can be a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a really nice one at a cheap price, but you also can get bad ones. At least with buying this case I know I can expect good quality. As far as screen protectors go, I prefer Bodyguardz for most devices and now Skinomi for my Palm Pre. Both of them are more expensive than what you paid, but they also have a life time warranty. ;)

  • Good video, Herald.
