I have to say I really didn't like this performance very much. I was impressed by her confidence, but I thought she smiled too much at the end of phrases that shouldn't really involved smiling! It was too presentational and stagey, I think. I do think she improved a lot throughout the competition though, e.g. Smile was great, and she could have gone further.

@placeboeffect2004 to be fair, too presentational and stagey? they have to act whilst singing.. so it HAS to be stagey.. also she smiled when saying stuff like "if she knew about me and you".. making it look like she thought the very idea of being with the guy she was refering to.. was hilarious.. so she sorta had to smile ^_^

If Stephanie doesn't win I will be shocked, personally I think she's the BBC's favourite as it seems she's had the most "air time" on the show. (Go back and watch Episodes 1 and 2 and you'll see, count how many times she's on camera and speaks) where as some of the other girls have had barely nothing (Dani, Jenny, Sophie etc). I do think she needs to strip away some of her bad singing habits though.

I hope somebody can help. Some girls in this show I love, some I like,  one or two I really dis-like. Stephanie I just don't know. There's something aboiut her voice I find odd. I can't put my finger on it. I want to like her , she seems a nice girl and siuts the Dorothy part-but this problem with her voice/vocals/accent is holding me back.
