General info - With Terraria, when they added the ability to make Terraria run full screen instead of only in windowed mode, I opted to play and record in full screen mode. That works better with Fraps I think, and also, at 1920x1080, you can see a lot more of the Terraria landscape at once, which makes a difference when playing, at least for me.

I prefer full screen with any game when possible. WIth Minecraft, that just doesn't ever seem to work well for me. But it works great with Terraria

Main desktop: - Intel x980 at 4ghz - 12gb PC1600 Triple Channel (Kingston HyperX) - 4tb HD space (2 of 500gb IDE, 2tb SATA, 1tb SATA) - Nvidia GTX 580 with 3gb - 30" Samsung 305t LCD (2048x1536 usually) - Record at either 1920x1080 or 1280x720 when possible - Fraps 3.4.x to record vid (30fps usually) - Audacity to record Voice - PowerDirector 9 Ultra 64 to combine and encode to MPEG-4 - Best Quality for 1920x1080 - High Quality for 1280x720
