  • ANDRESKOCHUCH it`s Bruschetta Time... look this...

    best greets AndresKochbuch

  • you sound like borat

  • good job!

  • aww 1 garlic glove!

  • thanks! just made some :D

  • Very good very simple!

  • I worry about the olive oil. I think that's what really makes the dish.

  • Thanks so much for posting this video. I had this with a simple fish stew this evening, and it was a very nice complement. I also enjoyed watching this young man with a delightful accent. He is a poster child for the reason American women think Italian men are so wonderful. :)

  • This recipe is good, if you live in Italy and can get the bread he uses! If you're anywhere else, check out LauraVitalesKitchen, she's from ITaly too, but she doesn't use ingredients that are only available in one place in the world!! And she's WAAYYY cute! just search you tube for Laura Vitale that's where she's at!

  • Hey-- if you liked this post, you should check out WInston Justice of the Philadelphia Eagles and award-winning chef Matt Levin (just type in winston justice bruschetta). they're new to the media world-- you should leave some comments!

  • Oh I like...very nice

  • Love the accent dude! Great recipe, I love this stuff. Nice english too!

  • i'm gonna try the recipe.

  • looks tasty :D

  • That is Italian Bruschetta allright! I love how everyone wants to tell you that's not Bruschetta. Folks, there's a reason Bruschetta is an Italian word. And I agree about the pronunciation. It's Broos-KA-tuh, no "sh" in it at all.

Americans would put ketchup on white bread and swear that it's Bruschetta :-)

  • Man in the kitchen?

    LOL

  • That is a very good Italian Bruschetta, but I like mine with a little more zing. You can see he used bread from Rome, so for all of us in the US, it's going to be tough to get that bread. (it is very different than any bread available in the US, the flavor is completely different and the skin is thicker).

Anyhoy, I found that the video posted by LauraVitalesKitchen is exactly the way I like bruschetta. It's almost the exact recipe my dad uses in his restaurant. I recommend you take a look...

  • you are really cute!!!

  • on the ool, calovita perrerilio is great to use here and in many instansances

  • Más simple imposible!!! Gracias!!! Salieron riquísimas.

  • thanks a lot. i dont mind eating bruschetta for all my meals the rest of me life! is it healty enuff?

  • It's the New "Bruschetta Diet" :)

  • Youtube suffers from a cancerous infestation of belligerent foul-mouthed antisocial assholes like yourself, who have nothing useful to contribute. You do realize this section is for related comments such as tomato bruschetta recipes in response to a video about a tomato bruschetta recipe. I hope you behave like this in the real world so you will piss people off and get the beatings you deserve.

  • @rmcdaniel423 With a fucking hose.

  • Brush bread with olive oil, sprinkle with italian seasonings, then toast. Rub toast with garlic.

Make a cheese spread with smoked gouda, cream cheese, celery seed, ground mustard, dark beer, salt, pepper. Smear a bit of gouda spread on each piece. Topping mixture made with sliced grape tomatoes, pitted kalamatas, artichoke hearts, chopped basil, and a bit of olive oil. Finish with a sprinkle of romano cheese. It's so good you might cry a little.

  • that's not bruschetta.

  • Butt, I love there food!

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • lemon juice, not vinegar.

  • bruschetta is BOMB.

  • For my bruschetta recipe I brush some olive oil on the bread, then I toast it. Afterwards I mix tomatoes, onions, minced garlic, chopped basil (fresh), a small amount of vinegar, and olive oil into a bowl, then I top the toasted bread and if desired I offer Parmesan or feta cheese to top. However I find it best without these.

  • i loooove bruschetta.

  • He's using field tomatoes... BLASPHEMY! Italian tomatoes are the only way to go! Much more flesh, less seeds.

  • bruschetta in italy is without baby lettuce, fetta or balsamic...i'm italian and i only eat bruschetta as the one in the video!!!

when you cook you can use your imagination...but this is the REAL italian bruschetta

  • BRUSCHETTA, Pron. "BrOO-SKAY-TTA", to avoid those morons worldwide that use to say "Brushaytta" (expecially in England..).

Comunque per il cuoco: non sarebbe meglio utilizzare pomodori da insalata, piuttosto che quelli da sugo?

  • Very nice.

  • yummy

  • very good but at least chop the basil, add an onion and maybe some balsamic vinigar

  • onion and vinegar???

sure it may taste good but then its not a bruschetta anymore

  • No, it's still bruschetta, just a variation on it. But yeah.. vinegear on a bruschetta doesn't work.

  • Vinegar works well with bruschetta, you just have to use it sparingly. If you get too bitter of a taste afterwards, It helps to mix in a little sugar to counteract the sourness from the vinegar. However, a little bit can add a great amount of flavor.

  • What is the name of that bread?

  • pane di Genzano

(Genzano bread, from Genzano, southern Rome)

However the most common roman bruschetta has no tomatoes

  • Thank-you.

  • Thank you !! This is really simple but tasty recipe! I hail from Malta and I know that only a bruschetta like yours tastes authentically Italian! bravo :-)

  • lol its nys but he ♥z da bread!!

  • era ora che qualcuno vendicasse la bruschetta americana col formaggio !!!

  • Infatti l'intenzione era anche quella :)

  • are you a notable chef or does every italian pretty much knows how to make good bruschetta?

  • there is no such thing as a stupid question

  • u r so cool!

  • thanks

  • This bread I used is from Genzano, village not far from Rome. Bread can be made in many different ways, that's why I adviced using Italian bread. Try googling Italian bread in the USA.

  • thanks for the recipe, i have a question: What's the bread called? Does it have a name or brand so that I can find it in my local market. It's hard to find the real italian ingredients here in the US.

  • you'll never find a good itallian bread here though, short of making it yourself. any day old crusty bread will work. i prefer sourdough, as that is usually the best quality bread you can find at ANY supermarket in the U.S. also, buy a whole loaf and cut it yourself. sliced bread just isn't the same, plus, you need to cut 1/2"-3/4" slices at an angle for the best results.

  • The NY no need bread would be absolutly ideal for this recipe.

  • If you want to just buy some great tasting bruschetta on line, check out this great deal !

  • simple italian dishes is a key of italian cuisine
