Go to the create tab on your right. Its the arrow with the star, it already should be open. Then go to shapes from right under the create tab. Select line. Each time you click you will create a new vertex.

tnx for replying back:)..i have downloaded and registered the program but i don't see any actual signs of it working!! everytime i clicked on the on the program it leads me to an error message saying" please check your setting by using the -H command line option"

When I switch on the "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor" option in display properties, I get this message too. I just close max and reopen, cuz I dunno what the hell the -h option is. Maybe maxscript

Hey moach im not much of a designer i only know how to do a few things but i think a better way to make the drop tank would be to use the elipse and then lathe it on an X vertices
