like the time I was almost punctual, but forgot my purse & had to go all the way back home to get it... which was my fault. But red lights & Houston traffic are not my fault. Neither is a cat tearing your pantyhose, or the dog getting pawprints on your dress when she jumps on you because she wants to go wherever you're going. Or you trip & hit your face, splitting your lip, & have to stop the bleeding before you leave. All of which have happened to me. It's insane. I'm just jinxed I guess.
I've never been more than half an hour late anywhere. And, it's not because I'm lazy, I just have bad luck. Any time I'm in a hurry something slows me down. Every time. And if I leave early, somehow I can still be late. I'm rarely on time anywhere, no matter how much I try. Anyone who's ever gotten ready to go somewhere with me, AND gone with me, knows that I'm not just making up excuses. They think it's funny though, that something ALWAYS happens to me when I try to be on time... it's pathetic
Late people are lazy procrastinating optimists. Their laziness is the root of the evil. Their procrastinating nature causes them to leave everything for the last minute. And their optimism fools them into thinking they can actually get everything done in the 5 minutes before they step out the door. Optimism is a bitch. I like pessimists, they're always on time. Too bad I'm an optimist.
well, i'd say thaaaaaat..nothing is going on in their heads when they're late, because there is no head, cause if there was one they'd be NOT late. =)

Five Hours???? That's a bit much...
I hate it when people are late. You sit there waiting for someone and it's sort of dissapointing. But five hours is way too much.
