Such a warrior and a great man my idol as a young boxer myself, he took some amazing shots here and still landed a few of his own, people often forget how skillful he was, much more than "just a brawler with a good chin and big heart" plus he was cool and also slick in the ring and out watch his little weaving thing he does were he slips/weaves about 6 punches on numerous occasions such a great boxer sadly taken what an inspiration one day ill make him proud! Not the most talented boxer but my lord did Arturo Gatti have the heart of a lion. The way he could take vicious punches and keep his legs from wobbling was amazing. The Ward fights are legendary!! RIP Thunder.

Maybe not the greatest event in boxing, but De La Hoya's performance sure was entertaining, Gatti's heart was aw inspiring, and the fact that De La Hoya was just helping Gatti out financially makes it a little more bearable, do u think?
