This is so amazing! Can anyone tell me if this (using and blending the photos) is possible in Corel Essential Painter 4? Is that feature available? (I ordered it today so I don't have it)
In the "old days," i took thousands and thousands of photos. And of course bought hundreds of books. These days, the internet makes collecting references a little bit easier. But some of the "good stuff" are still in books (since contents in books are copyrighted, you won't find 99% of them on the net).
funny, he says "oh i did this in an hours" or something... for me, it taks me an entire week... :(

@TheyDontSee- I don't know dude :( but I'm thinking, why don't you have PS? If you want to blend.. Good luck though ;)
Feng, I have same question: how do you blend those pics in?

@snowface27 I'm pretty sure he puts on overlay or soft light and just paints them in.

I was also wondering what brush you used to smear the original bug photos into the line drawing...
your work is incredible!

@ethandjay97 I think feng uses the default photoshop "chalk" brushes.

Haha wow, I wish I were able to work that fast. What you'd do in an hour would take me 8 times as long.
