  • That junior doctor in the audience is an idiot....There are only so many junior doctor positions available each year, if 2 times the amount of people want to train for positions, that they know there is a shortage of, then its more fool them!

  • Comment removed

  • stupid cow...but she's SEEXXXXYYY! :D

  • patronising bitch !

  • he must have felt SO good saying that to her!

  • owned

  • that doctor is spot on, labours legacy has ruined the uk in almost every way

  • @richjapo Your medical system also sucked during torries/Thatcher, wanna be a good doctor go to the U.S to a good university!

  • @bijantyt The US, where insurance companies run health care, and refuse vital treatment for those desperate for it

I'd sooner kill myself than become so morally fucked

  • i dont think this is a ''bitch slap'' hes just angry and shouting

  • She is SEXY

  • @kittenic44 ๏̯͡๏

  • sicky

  • if you see a white doctor his name is:the last one left

    thumbs up!

  • @MrWhizz123 nar mate

  • The most patronising woman ever!

  • Come to America, we need doctors!

  • her voice sounds like marry poppins :)

  • Furthermore, the type of people who go on this show are unrepresentative of society. Socially awkward, and wouldn't fit in well in most social circles. Indeed, if this Doctor was in my university he would be the class wierdo, as would most of the audience and panels be on this show. Essentially, Question Time is a congregation of class wierdos. It shouldn't be viewed with the reverence it is, the fronted intellectualism is all smoke and mirrors.

  • @tubehows4life its only the pseudo-intellectual who can't glean the intended spirit of the everyday exchanges of people who might passionately, sometimes incoherently, perhaps without employing the best diction or best available facts, still desire to communicate their values, objections, and opinions on their society. some people are more comfortable at it. this is not the only way, no one is outlawing written debates...

  • @tubehows4life so stop your patronizing prejudice against the "socially awkward" and those who don't fit "in most social circles" (whatever that means) as disqualifications against expressing opinions and diatribes on their own lives and the influence of government to themselves personally. reading and writing is good debate, but the opinions of people are not a mutually exclusive operation when in conversation alongside a spectator crowd. the reverence for penned intellectualism is overrated.

  • @unhingedmind Because I'm finishing work and don't have the mood to go in depth, you will forgive me if I use the lazier quote citing method to respond to you:

"its an overloaded hyperbole to claim question time viewers are "a realised danger to society itself", whatever that's supposed to mean."

How can you describe it as such if you don't know what it means? If you're interested, it means they who push fast, low- thinking, freestyle gamesmanship ship on TV for everyone to believe as an

  • @unhingedmind intellectual discussion is dangerous, as it will only ever enter superficial analyses and send the issues on such a tangent and little further, at the expense of a better, communal, non-self-winning investigation. They are here, present, and on TV shows, the danger is "realised". What is helpful about applause arousing punchlines? Nothing, only the satisfaction of being cheered and approved by similarly closed minded peers who value this TV show, as though thats any kind of

  • @unhingedmind progressive validation of their argument, not that they should even be seeking it. All drumhead cheering does is affirms the drumhead.

"this idea that people are unrepresentative of society is silly. of course they are representative, by virtue of them being part of society."

The fact that they exist doesnt make them representative. Their are pork eating Muslims, but the fact they exist doesnt mean they are representative. I'd be very surprised if I find that nightclubbers,

  • @unhingedmind Justin Bieber fans, football game visitors, rock musicians, skateboarders, etc attend QT in any meaningful percentage of themselves or of the QT audience. Hence, people who go on here are a nice, and dont represent the wider society. So:

" "class weirdos" shouldn't be nudged out of political engagement because you would rather them write down their objections because you yourself find written work more beneficial or easy. "

Unrepresentative wierdos being nudged out of politics

  • @unhingedmind isn't something I even implied, let alone said. Strawman arguments may be acceptable in a courtroom, it is not acceptable in a cogent debate. Actually another reason why courts are so bad with verbal strawmans cross-examinations. Because here I can read back what you said and calmly call you out on it in this lovely written format where I have time to think through waht you just said. Have you ever been in an argument only to think of things you wish you said hours after?

  • @unhingedmind Its annoying right? Here you can always go back. Whereas by the time you read this next word a lawyer/antagonist/QT panel member would have already been miles down the road of their linear argument and it is very difficult, almost impossible to go back to everything because of time/adrenalin/overthinking/forgetting etc. So the only thing that should be nudged out is the over emphasis on respect for ratings grabbing verbal gamesmanship, drumhead exchanges. They can have their show,

  • @unhingedmind it is the perception of it by people in powerful positions and their supporters that is concerning.

"its only the pseudo-intellectual who can't glean the intended spirit of the everyday exchanges of people who might passionately, sometimes incoherently, perhaps without employing the best diction or best available facts, still desire to communicate their values, objections, and opinions on their society. some people are more comfortable at it. this is not the only way,"

    Again, the

  • @unhingedmind spirit is seen as intellectual. If the spirit is seen as one-upmanship and who can slap upside the head people in power, then go for it, enjoy! But I would rather people see it/laugh at it for what it is, an pseudo-intellectual version of an Addams Family argument. The rest of your quote is in agreement with me, it is a case of who is better at this skill, hence why lawyers run rings around you when defending an obvious criminal from you in cross-examination, to go back to that

  • @unhingedmind example. So great! We are in agreement of at least some of the flaws of this ratings grabbing format.

"so stop your patronizing prejudice against the "socially awkward" and those who don't fit "in most social circles" (whatever that means) as disqualifications against expressing opinions and diatribes on their own lives and the influence of government to themselves personally."

It means a lot of these people if they were in a bar would be the ones who barely speak, unable to relax

  • @unhingedmind and let themselves go, due to the negative social conditioning of being immersed in political culture. If that shouting man was in school, I'm pretty sure he wouldnt fit in with the more laid back crowd. And the MP?! How stuffy is she? How would she fare in a joke contest? Drs, MPs, Lawyers, they are all rather a relative niche aren't they? I doubt they have many breakdancers as friends. See how wide society is? And QT is a congregation of that niche, thats all I'm saying. Their

  • @unhingedmind Their right to be on the show is irrelevant. It is that niche that runs countries. It was only 20 odd% that voted in the last G.E, let alone L.Es, let alone of those that go on poltical TV shows. So 70-80% aren't interested in this (abstainers accepted). Their desire to express opinions and diatribes is irrelevant, they are welcome to, but irrelevant.

"the opinions of people are not a mutually exclusive operation when in conversation alongside a spectator crowd."

    I know, thats QT

  • @unhingedmind for you. Spectatorship.

"the reverence for penned intellectualism is overrated."

Who is it rated by?! I'd love to meet them, then I'd feel less lonely in this lol. I've yet to hear anyone say what I am saying, least of all people who work in law courts, political dispatch boxes, etc. As far as I'm aware I'm the only person I have ever heard say this! I'd love some company!

Sorry for the quoting, I'm tired and lazy, imagine if this was a verbal discussion!

  • @tubehows4life again, not mutually exclusive. i meant reverence in the sense of thinking it is the be-all and end-all for discovering wisdom, illuminating the human condition, etc. no one in the law courts thinks that the procedural paperwork is more important than the people involved i should hope. its useful and authoritative, and as a person who has invested much of my time in books and written debates, i have no qualms against it at all.

  • Question Time is little more than a pseudo-intellectual's drum-head arena of debate. Whoever comes up with a cheesy/arousal-able retort/attack within the fog of exchange is cheered by the audience. That is why debates like this should be solely based on written format, but of course, that wouldn't make good TV. Same for PMQ's, court cases, and other such important vehicles. People who value this kind of discussion are a realised danger to society itself.

  • @tubehows4life Yeah real intellectuals spend their time in the youtube comments section. In fact, I think I hear Stephen Fry fast approaching as I type this...

  • @360cbh Why wouldn't they? What a cheap, fatuous remark.

  • @tubehows4life No less so than you claiming that question time is a pseudo-intellectual's drum head arena of debate.

  • @360cbh I have given my reasons and examples. It is conspicuous that you didnt. Those were exactly the kind of petulant throwaway punchlines that may arouse an applause from the frivolous Question Time audience (drumhead) but it is still void of reasons/explanations/alternatives. In fact, it is playground. Essentially, a pseudo-intellectuals way of quipping "I know you are" - just like on the playground. It scores points there, and on Q.T such fatuousity gains more cheers than substance does.

  • @tubehows4life Go ahead all you want with verbose passages but claiming that question time is simply a bunch of pseudo-intellectuals is no more justified than me claiming that intellectuals don't spend their time on a youtube comments page. If you don't want people to make certain comments then don't make the same sorts of comments yourself. Also, if you think a junior doctor with an opinion backed by other junior doctors is a pseudo-intellectual, maybe you are not as smart as you think.

  • @360cbh It is a lot more justified because one can see for themselves their short thrifted, drumhead behavior every week on TV. As opposed to your claim which you have yet to substantiate. YouTube is for everyone,QT attracts certain kinds of people, and are mostly the afore-described types. It is a vastly over-respected show for what it actually is.

I didnt say I dont want replies, but the less low denominator the better eh? And this Dr.'s conduct is emotional and arousable, little smarts there

  • @tubehows4life Who are you to say what kind of people youtube attracts or what kind of people QT attracts? It's all your opinion but you're so arrogant that you force it as if it's the gospel truth! There are a lot of people like you in the world who think they're always right and the best thing really is to let them go on thinking that way until one day they realise they're not always right and they're just an opinionated loudmouth. goodbye.

  • @360cbh What on earth do yo mean "who are you"? YouTube attracts anyone who watches a video on a subject they like, Anything from QT to wrestling, cars, Barbie and fail videos. QT is its own show and I'd be surprised if you get many breakdancers interested in sitting in the QT audience.

Lets say I think I'm right in this instance with the lack of substantiated counters from you apart from arousable QT style punchlines. Until then, enjoy watching your like-minded peers degenerate society on QT.

  • @tubehows4life Nobody who doesn't have affiliations with the Labour party or the private insurers and PFI vultures that profited from Labour disastrous NHS policies would come out and defend Patricia Hewitt by launching shrieky, bullying ad-hominems at her critics in the way you have. You have so obviously thumbed up your own comments to get them on the front page. Sorry this particular audience is respresentative of public sentiment in the sense that everybody hates Patricia Hewitt.

  • @NotHomelessAnymore Her critics are irrelevant, you think I was defending the woman, or Labour? You have misinterpreted my post, perhaps through malaise. Did you read my other posts? I dont like British political culture, I targeted people who go on QT, which includes the panel, the audience and your own arousable punchlines in your post which is exactly the sort of thing I'm getting at as harmful to progressive philosophical investigation. I thumbed up the post so people read them to debate me.

  • @tubehows4life For somebody who berates the QT audience for being pseudo-intellectuals, 'progressive philosophical investigation' is about as pseudo-intellectual a phrase as I've ever heard. Question Time is not a select committee and it is certainly not philosophical in the slightest. It's a current affairs talk show where a regular audience members can participate. The audience applauded him, because he was absolutely right to be angry.

  • @NotHomelessAnymore I know what it is, and QT is quite revered as intellectual I find, I argue it shouldnt be.

Whats wrong with wanting a more "progressive philosophical investigation" for a debate? It helps us all learn more doesn't it? A shouting punchliner in a debate really isn't something that should be applauded, It is an example of my criticism of panel and audience alike. QT is a self-win, immediate term debate style. Drumheads are not something we learn from, it is pretty playground.

  • @tubehows4life What is your suggestion for an alternative?

  • @THthefirst A written format would neutralise literally dozens of QT's flaws. Of course that wouldn't make for good ratings. So if it has to be verbal, then it really requires a change in culture, where arousable punchlines are frowned upon not applauded (drumhead), where courtroom style tactical debating is denounced for what it is: gamesmanship, where debaters are selfless enough to care not for self-winning their point in anger but for collective progression, I could go on forever :)

  • @tubehows4life I take your point. However, I wonder if a written format alone might be too inflexible. The beauty of debate is to put politicans on the spot and watch them squirm. It is also vital that politicans are seen to be accountable - and that means watching them and hearing them speak. Of course, in any debate, it is vulnerable to the lowest-common demominator problem. However, I have also seen a number of excellent and incisive debates on QT.

  • @THthefirst When they are on the spot you can see on their struggling faces that they are thinking "on the fly" in their comebacks and the debate gets distorted, it happens to anyone, dumb or genius, right or wrong, as long as they are after immediate self-wins during the fog of debate (which is pretty much all of them). Now, think how many times you have been in an argument only to think of great things you could have said hours after the event! Its annoying isnt it? Or things you shouldn't

  • @tubehows4life Again, I see your point. This isn't a black and white area. It sounds like you want a perfect, almost totally objective and scientific debate. This would be good if it existed - but of course on QT (as in life generally) there is always a compromise, or an agenda, or a need for politicians sometimes to consider their answers. Very few people ever give the complete and unreserved truth. It is important that we see them squirm, is it not, and make our own minds up on them?

  • @THthefirst have said because it set you up for a fall or clever comeback? Or things you should have said differently? Thats what happens when you are on the spot, even if you are in the right, because responses need be thought out, verified and cross checked, all after doing these 3 to what was just told to you in turn, which is impossible to do on the spot with any accuracy. It even happens to an extent on written format. But it goes a long way to neutralising this and other flaws. And what if

  • @tubehows4life In terms of written answers, pre-prepared, the risk is they would simply be full of spin, pre-orchestrated and rehearsed by teams of advisors. You would never be able to put a politician on the spot or x-examine because they would have prepared contrived answers, probably not even written by them (eg. like speeches). It is vital that we see our politicians - warts and all - being accountable and that wont happen in writing. If that makes for an imperfect debate, it's worth it.

  • @THthefirst I dont think its beneficial to see them squirm because what they are squirming about may be a myriad of things, such as plain being in the wrong, but also being slower in processing what they are being told than their opponents, or thinking out how to word their own responses, or being thrown off by a curveball, or being intimated by the shouting and clapping. Again, think about your own experiences, it happens to anybody, I'm quite awful in face to face and am much better when the

  • @THthefirst requirement for ad-lib skills isnt there, I always must think through my answers before I give them (and would love to verify what I am being told too instead of trying to work out there and then whether I am being told curveballs).

A written statement may be full of spin, pre-orchestrated & rehearsed words (all the case in verbal too), but you would have time to untie all that with carefully researched evidence, you dont have that advantage in verbal. Yes I dont doubt that there is

  • @THthefirst ctd...no such thing as a perfect debate, I am after one that minimises flaws as much as possible. This should ESPECIALLY be introduced into courtrooms, its one thing on an inconsequential TV show, but when people's freedom are at stake I dont doubt there are many injustices in our courtrooms because of the belief that someone squirming under quickfire cross-examination means they are in the wrong.

  • @THthefirst someone is a faster thinker than you? Or a more skilled orator than you? (Take lawyers for example).

The only thing I can think of that written format doesnt have going for it is being able to read body language, but a) the benefits swallow the need to do so and b) the fog of exchange gives for unreliable body language anyway, because they are more concerned with giving back quickfire responses (including curveballs, strawmans, etc) to SEEM like they are on top of the argument,

  • @THthefirst whether they actually are or not, and their struggles to keep up this fast pace is the body language/squirmy faces we are actually looking at most of the time. In a written format, any attempt at curveballs and strawmans can be calmly and slowly disarmed and disproved with verifiable evidence, a luxury you dont have in a face to face showdown.

But as I say, for TV it would be boring, hence my criticism that QT is seen as an intelligent debate by it's viewers, let alone the actual

  • @THthefirst drumhead behaviour of the participants, audience and panel alike.

Sorry for the 5 posts but you put some good points that I wanted to discuss, it made a refreshing change to others who just want to attack :)

  • @tubehows4life get over yourself. its an overloaded hyperbole to claim question time viewers are "a realised danger to society itself", whatever that's supposed to mean. this idea that people are unrepresentative of society is silly. of course they are representative, by virtue of them being part of society. "class weirdos" shouldn't be nudged out of political engagement because you would rather them write down their objections because you yourself find written work more beneficial or easy.

  • @tubehows4life Sounds to me like an upset pseudo-intellectual. What's up, did you fail to get invited to the audience? Almost everyone knows its a limited scale opportunity, but they take it anyway in the absence of other high-profile democratic outlets. I think a certain number of people also know that the audience's clap-o-meter is fickle.

  • @nakedmambo Ugh, what is it with everyone calling me a pseudo intellectual on here! Its like saying "I know you are" when we were at school! Enough about me, lets just say this "outlet" and "limited scale opportunity" would be of better service if the people on it didn't behave like a cross between children and lawyers. And I dont agree that a substantial number of people know the show is fickle, I find QT and shows like it are revered by the political public, and pulls some high profile guests.

  • @tubehows4life Ugh, maybe you wouldn't be named a pseudo-intellectual if you didn't come across as one. Not every person who turns up on QT - in the audience or on the panel - is a complete bonehead media whore. If you're looking to find an deep and meaningful political discussion programme that will satisfy inclusive public 'democracy' in this media age, you've come to the wrong address. QT is a murky cave with a few gems.

  • @nakedmambo On the second point on QT, we agree. On the first point, I think the vast majority, and I'm talking in the 99th percentile, are degenerative. About me, why do you care? How can you tell? How have you measured that? Who cares what I am, smart is overrated, the universe is too big for a relatively smart person to matter. Its like a goldfish with an extra second of memory, it doesnt matter. I like me, smart or stupid, so why do anonymous YouTube posters care enough to say it?Enough on me

  • i don't like politicians, but that was quite a good answer from Patricia.

  • Why do we sit down and watch these people lie to us everyweek wake up britain and string these fuckers up.Do not belive anythink the british goventment tell u they serve big companys and will slowy make every part of your life more expensive mark my words that is were it is going and i dont see no one doing anythink about it. Talk about the people being asleep.

  • @musspuss For sure politicians bend the truth, no doubt they lie too, no denying that big companies have a say in the running of things, but your solution is what? String the fuckers up? Tear it down and start again? You want to end a centuries old democracy that has kept our country intact through the industrial revolution, the fall of a global empire and the epic social progress of the last century, and replace it with what exactly? Grow up and help change things rather than destroy them.

  • @musspuss The only reason you're saying this is because you don't have any money.

  • @thejcjmguy The only reason the rightwing Cons say what they say is because they DO have money. And your point is?

  • @StanleyDonwood

I think it was how many babies can you put in a blender, probably why the guy was so outraged with thousands, people are just passionate about blending i guess.

  • What was the question?

  • I thought I was about to see a physical attack, but instead I sat through 4 minutes and 17 seconds of debate about British domestic health care policy. : (

  • @cryptickripke thats nothing when ever I click on a yank vid with the word fight in it its no more than somebody argueing

  • As a medical student myself, it wasn't very professional to shout at and humiliate the Secretary of State like that - tomorrow's doctors should be more polite and intellectually capable of using less destructive means to get their point across, or so I would like to think.

  • Good riddance bitch

  • No one could survive that public mauling.

  • What a dickhead that Dr is!

  • doctors get paid far too much. everybody moans about lawyers gettong paid- at least that is private money

  • I love brits, this "question time" segment would be great for American politics

  • @dom44444 well it doesn't really help us as a society. It's basically just arguing and a bit of entertainment for political nuts.

  • @dom44444 I daresay it'd weed out those inarticulate simpletons, the Bush/Palin types, which would be a tremendous benefit for all involved. I’ve always longed to see a Prime Ministers Questions type affair across the pond, not least because the only times I’ve seen American politicians speak at any length it’s been to an audience of supporters who do little other than clap and cheer!

  • @thepigofhappiness And whoop. Don't forget the whooping!

  • @dom44444

They would never allow a "question time" in American politics unless they are pre-arranged and approved plants. we saw what happened when someone asks the wrong question, they taser them!!

  • Patricia Hewitt, you damn snob.

  • "The shop floor". Yob.

  • 1:24 was the doctor out of Heroes.

  • my god Patricia got owned.

Well not entirely unbelievable. Human nature. Man is it ugly.

Sad to hear you equate your parents relationship in such terms. She probably didn't marry your dad because he's white but because he's decent and loving. Love transcends racial differences, although I do understand why you said it. Anger makes beasts of us all.

Love from a Pure Pink Man. (Yeahhh. I'm not white. Not even if you squint)

  • @MrBluntCunt

    Thank you.

  • @arthur1411 No need, sir. It shocked me to hear a black man being so racist. You would think he'd know better. Nothing hurts more than being pulled up on something you have no control over and - what's more - is very little to do with who you are as a person.

If I were a darker shade, I think racist comments would hurt me a lot.

If you haven't already, look up Dave Chappelle (Chapelle? Chapell?) on YT. He does a lot to fight racism just by being funny about it. The fried chicken bit... Magic.

FILTHY WHITE PEDOPHILE - GET BACK TO FUCKING NEWBORN BABIES IN THEIR ANUSES, THAT'S WHAT WHITES DO.

  • @SpunkyMcBallsack Don't really get the inbreds thing, theres been very little change in the stock of the uk compared to mainland countries since the arrival or anglo saxons. The Romans and Normans and Vikings didnt breed they were just the few ruling classes and raiders.

  • @arthur1411 and ya hit the nail on the head HALF BREED ya MOTHER married your PINK DICK dad cos she hates "NIGGERS" LOL. There you go - THAT'S the reason YOU exist because of SELF HATRED. ROFLMBAO. I pity you HALFIE, really I DO.

    I'm Black and I'm PROUD!

  • @arthur1411 So your NIGGAH Whore mother really shouldn't use the word NIGGER - it kinda smacks of SELF HATRED. LMBAO, which is why NO BLACK MAN would touch her UGLY NEGRO ASS with SOMEBODY ELSE'S barge pole. LMBAO

  • @arthur1411 You're mother's NOT BLACK you stinky little MONGREL. She's a NIGGAH WHORE who opened her legs for the PINK DICK DEVIL and LOOK what HAPPENED - YOU.

Your mother is also brainwashed along with your mongrel retarded ass. The word NIGGER was invented by WHITES to demonise NIGGAHS like your MOTHER and MONGREL SHIT like YOURSELF.

You guys are tools. The coalition is not reducing the NHS budget. You seem to think the coalition will destroy the NHS by following the last Labour government's spending plans for the NHS? Does that mean that Labour planned to destroy the NHS?

  • @ginfan1234

The Coalition are cutting NHS jobs to deliver £20bn in cuts by 2014...did you not watch George Osborne's spending review?

  • how sweet that labour are now a big joke and this is a call out to diane abbot, "good luck, hope you win the leadership battle", that really would make labour COMPLETELY unelectable, hahahahaha.

  • Yes well ......I'm sure it is an outragious situation to go through higher education and not get the job you were training for .........guess what ....you've joined the rest of EVERYBODY else. (also I despise upstart student londeners ....cant think why.)

  • Patricia Hewitt on MMC problems: "We want to sort it out...... We set up an independent group chaired by one of the most senior doctors."

Only a quarter of the recommendations made by the independent group (Tooke inquiry) were followed by the department of health. The rest was brushed aside.

    HORSE SHIT!!!!

  • At least she did not PRIVATIZE the NHS and scrap NHS Direct.

  • @CookieCrumblz You what?

PFI, PFI PFI - Do your research before making crass, unsubstantiated comments!

  • @mtheadedwally

If any one is making carss, unsubstantiated comments its you! It is complete hypocrisy for a Tory YouTube member to try and bitchslap Hewitt, when it is Lansley who is privatizing the NHS and scrapping NHS Direct. You have a nerve, with a few more you'll have a brain!

  • @CookieCrumblz Crass and Brainless I may be, but I am not now, nor have I ever been, a Tory.

I say again, look at the PFI and the backdoor privatisation of the NHS by the last government. At least with the Tories, they make no secret of the fact that they plan to shit on us from a great height. Labour promise us daisies, shit on us and then tell us that the shit is in our own best interests.

  • @mtheadedwally You are so unintelligent! Did you go to school? RECORD INVESTMENT IN THE NHS! WAITING TIMES DOWN FROM ALMOST 3 YEARS TO ONLY A FEW MONTHS! Nationalization of people's jobs in the NHS. You are a joke, a dummy, and a complete fool who does not know the meaning of privatization. The Tory government has made the privatization a secret, yet it is full privatization. Everything will be DE-NATIONALIZED! So shut up and go to school.

  • Forget Mrs Hewitt. For the best Medical Equipment try Eclipse Medical Uk. look us up, we supply the best products for less..just give us a call.

  • What, rather than a panel of corporate health CEOs and an audience of shareholders? Bureaucrats are accountable to the public.

  • She was such a useless piece of shit who almost totally fucked the NHS...stupid useless whore.

  • The whole of the NHS needs to be dismantled and replaced with a free market solution.

  • All i can hear and see coming out of her mouth is hot shit.

  • politicians talk too much. waste of time.

  • politicians just talk bollocks all the fuckin time

  • @Highwayvagrant It DID happen and it happens every year. Labour's push to increase medical school places without the proportionate increase in foundation year placements, has resulted in thousands of medicine graduates being denied previously "guaranteed" jobs. This is no way to encourage those from lower socioeconomic groups to enter the profession!

  • 1000s of doctors are going to lose their jobs. Yeah, as if that is ever going to happen. What a fucking prick.
