@kaggish if you look at his position, he put his legs out first, making it seem like he's accelerating. When you use your legs to jump, your moving your legs and not your body, so the legs have more velocity. That's why people jump with their legs forward in the air, to go farther, but yuo need good balance to land it and not injure yourself. more so with this video.
