For the proof of God's existence per the known laws of physics, see my article "The Physics of God and the Quantum Gravity Theory of Everything", Social Science Research Network (SSRN), December 22, 2011, available for free through my profile. This article details Prof. Frank J. Tipler's Omega Point Theorem and the Feynman-DeWitt-Weinberg quantum gravity/Standard Model Theory of Everything (TOE) which unifies all the forces in physics.
xlnt series. today on pbs they had the discussions on reincarnation. bottom line: you are what you eat and U ARE WHAT EATS YOU. observe every aspect of nature. look into their eyes there's that knowingness (i know rocks and plants have no eyes so look at what to them are eyes. . .) obvious. life continues in every way and supports more life. just because someone(thing) dies doesn't mean it's all dead. it's spread. let the volcanoes and vultures and ants eat me
But if God exists, what is he, how does he do the things he supposedly does, are there other gods like him and was he created by someone or something else? Too often, people are content to believe in their deities without askiing any further questions about them, as though daring to do so would be getting to big for your britches.
Looks like the same old arguments from theists, e.g. argument from ignorance & Pascal's wager, but at least that will get them exposed to atheist reasoning.
it's fun though... you can see how much christians actually listened to the atheists-arguments, by looking at their arguments.
If they use arguments, that have been debunked a long time ago, you can be pretty sure, that the guy has no idea what he's talking about, whilst those who use new arguments, at least know that the old arguments wont work.
An Evolution of christian selfdefense... very interesting to watch...
Just because you spend a bunch of money on pseudo intellectual documentary, doesn't mean you have a point. It's Intelligent Design and the filmmaker knows it. If it quacks like a duck, and sounds like a duck, why not just call it a duck? "Intelligent Design." Say it.
Prof. Frank J. Tipler demonstrates that the Omega Point (i.e., God) is an unavoidable consequence of the known laws of physics. The only way to avoid this conclusion is to reject the known laws of physics (of which have been confirmed by every experiment to date), and hence reject empirical science. For that and the quantum gravity TOE, see F. J. Tipler, "The structure of the world from pure numbers," Rep. Prog. Phys., Vol. 68, No. 4 (April 2005), pp. 897-964; available on Tipler's website.
This will be one of the most important documentaries of this decade. With the rise of atheism and the continued prominence of religion in the USA this will be a timely feature presentation.
I have followed Robert Kuhn's series "closer to truth" for years now & I have to say that I can't wait to see this. Robert is a brilliant presenter & interviewer & he is able to bring the greatest minds together to share their knowledge in a very accessible way!

I could proof to you, that the laws of physics contradict the presence of a god...
it's just a matter of how many facts you take to build your argumentation... if you leave some out, you miss an important point.
only fools get fooled by that...

This will indeed bring us closer to truth...
