  • Use NewPage Pager, 80lb, gloss, 96 brightness, Soak in water for ten min and the paper will fall away on its own. Use white vinegar to remove the gloss coating,

  • I think you need to keep pcb in the water for 30 minutes for complete dissolve paper. It works to me. It's more easy to remove the paper.

  • @bagatelox You suffered too much to remove the paper. I have made some experiments with paper brittle and soluble, as school notebooks.

  • thx for the answer. i never tried pre-etchin before, i m usin just sand paper for prepairin. but, i ll do that. board looks nice after pre-etchin..

  • @LehiMPompasI No problem. Just follow the videos on the protocol for pre-etching and board prep.

  • hi, thx for videos.

i have been makin pcbs for a long time. i can make great print transfers.

but i couldnt solve one problem.

The fuckin paper dont wanna leave from the board :)

at 3:34 did u use pure water? water never does the same effect to my papers:)

do u know any chemical which can unpick the paper clearly, without damagin the toner?

  • @LehiMPompasI I did use distilled water, but the water isn't really doing anything to the paper other than making it wet and soggy, weakening the bonds between fibers. Note how I have to rub the board vigorously. I have in some cases used a soft bristled toothbrush to remove paper. Prep your board surface and do a pre-etch, it works wonders on making the toner stick well.
