  • thanks for the video man

  • my pleasure :)

  • Is it legal to cover other people's walls with chalk?:)

Anyway, I know the basics although I was always bad at math and barely made it through school because of it (plus chemistry when it was about these reductions and such), but your videos are very pleasant to watch. I didn't feel bored at all.

You seem to be very charismatic and I have a feeling you are able to transfer your passion to the students. Good work. I'm looking foward to learning trigonometry once and for all.

  • Good luck with the trig. Let me know if you have any question.

As for the legality but, not sure, but I won't tell if you don't :)

    peace.

  • @chychochycho

Well, here in Poland you can draw with chalk on the sidewalk or traffic free parts of asphalt (at least children are allowed, because no one cares to report their drawings for vandalism), but under the condition that the rain will wash it away. The problem is that my mom taught me letters and digits by drawing them on the side of the barn. Guess what. After more than twenty years they're still visible on the planks.

Sorry to hear about your website. I hope you'll continue this

  • huh? you did not fix the improper fraction. if i remmber right you / the 60 with the 122. the anser should be 2 and 2/60 then simplify it should be 2 and 1/30. (>^-^<)s

  • You're right, i just didn't write it as a mixed number.

    61/30 is equal to 2 and 1/30 :)

  • @chychochycho <(^-^<)s ok..... yay i know something about math ^(*.*)^ there is hope for me yet...rofl.

  • I like how your videos are outside...At least I think they are...pretty cool stuff.

  • do u hav a video how to simplify? im a little confused

  • yap, take a look at video number 11 (and #9 and #10 for an intro to prime numbers). Hope that helps.

  • :O oh Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm in college now, and math is very hard and it was hard for me. I understand most of us think that math shouldn't be thought in school. It depends on what you want to do when you grow up. Like engineering, doing your money in your bank account, certain careers, all you must have math to do all of this. That's why we have to have math to suceed in things, it's tuff, but it'll be tuffer if you don't know how to handle your bank account.

  • you better reduce it! lol.

  • on your exersise on this lesson i think you got (b) wrong i think it should be 7/15

  • Are we talking about (2/5 - 3/15)? I just checked it and it looks okay. How did you get 7/15?

  • such a great help thanks to you I'm doing well in my studies !

    -Thomas.

  • glad to be of help :)

  • Is it ok if the answer is an improper fraction. I would change the answer to 2 1/30, which is the same as 61/30 but you say 30 x 2 = 60 then add the 1 and keep the denominator as 30.The point i'm making is can you do more on improper fractions please.

  • sure ... i'm going to make some more videos this summer so i'll add it to the list

  • I suck in math and im in the 11th grade I need tutoring lol

  • Braking numbers down into primes can also be used for finding the common denominator. And the way I was taught the final number had to have a lower number on top than at the bottom. You could do that with consecutive subtraction of the bottom number geting

    2 1/30?

  • do u have anything thats about consecutive integers???

  • i will add it to the list of videos to make :)

  • You the man. thanx

  • its true the quality of teaching is deteriorated.

  • thanks man! u rock!!!

  • my pleasure :)

  • bro i wana be a primary school teacher, but my maths is kinda weak.. so your videos are going to be a great help thanks. ed
