I loved this segment as a very young boy, probably because it was on at the same time as the Hanna-Barberra animated "Speed Buggy" series on Saturday mornimgs, which I never missed. I even had a plastic dune buggy that was like a teddy bear to me for a while, but it got lost. I think this segment animated the installation of a dune buggy "kit" on a VW chassis. Can anyone tell me if these kits are still sold?

@70Kenny You ask if these kits are sold? They sure are! There are not tons, but gah-zillions of VW Beetle sedans and chassis still prowling the streets, especially in Mexico! There are many web sites that offer kits and fully assembled chassis.
