  • great film. You got any of the regulars dancing on bandstand?

  • Is that Connie Francis about 5 rows up on the end?

  • People that grew up in this era are lucky, you had lives. Back in the day, before computers & before everyone had cable, satelite TV (whatever), you could get people out of the house to do fun stuff, MEMORABLE stuff. Now, I can't get anyone out. Can't pull them away from the TV, video games, computers, texting, etc. Technology is blocking people from having lives. When they're old, they'll have nothing to remember or look back to b/c all they do is sit & tech out.

  • @sumuthaguy Back then we also had sensorship to keep the media from turning our kids into animals.

  • @sumuthaguy If not for technology you wouldn't be able to hear this tune and to write down this comment. You trying to stop progress? Impossible. Technology isn't the problem. People and the way they use it is.

  • @sumuthaguy Hmm, seems to me that, in order to share this, you were "tech-ing out" on YouTube.

  • @sumuthaguy So true, families had yards because we went out and play in them and many of front porches were our stages for singing and generally goofing off...can't remember the folks locking the house either as naive as that sounds.

  • Many American Bandstand Regulars from American Bandstand Philadelphia :-)

  • Too cool! Thanks for posting, Got anymore??? Been looking for Born Too Late by the Poni-Tails. I think they was on Bandstand.

  • @jukeboxman1950 I'll try to find that video!!
