Poor guy, my appendix had burst a bit over a year ago. It wasn't overly painful but it was the most pain I've ever felt. Then again, I was only thirteen at the time. And living in a hospital for two weeks, not fun. Glad he's better now, I'm seeing him and Slipknot in October I can't wait! :D

People have no respect for performers going out 4-5 nights a week and putting on a one of a kind show for every fan. People have no respect for performers going out 4-5 nights a week and putting on a one of a kind show for every fan. It's extremely fucking rare to hear that a show was canceled because someone is sick. Do you Know why? Because when they are sick they go out anyway. Any performer with an ounce of decency would go to an length to perform. "The show must go on". Especially for slipknot, They know how important their music, and their shows are to the fans.

I'm no fan of Slipknot but I have huge respect for them after seeing this. I mean the dude had the balls to tell everyone that the show is cancelled. That is dedication, and it takes balls. Also from 0:44 to 0:48 and 1:17 to 1:25, he sounded like he was almost ready to cry. I hope its not serious whatever happened to Joey but seeing how they aren't releasing any information about his condition and how he is reacting, it looks grim. Props to them.

Im still trying to find out what exactly was wrong with him, seems to be quite a few theories, but no hard facts..... It may be something is seriously wrong or not. Either way, true fans will back them up, send them good vibes and hope for the best..... even if the band choses not to disclose the medical condition. Thats not our call to make. Respect the nine, give them the benefit of the doubt, that they'll make this up to everone who stood behind them and yelled "FUCK YEAH!"
