end it wouldn't of been right if it continued made their legacy more important. Though I did love when robin died how Marian was there waiting for him well worth seeing series three for the last 2-3 episodes

I think she looks better with darker hair than blonde, I did see series three but it really sucked! Marian was gone and will and djaq was too. They tried to me it seems to hurry in a whole bunch of new characters and I didn't like any of them didn't like tucker didn't like the two new girls they brought in either! The only thing which I really liked was towards the end when we get to see gisborne and hood join the same side and their history together. Glad they killed robin and gisborne at the

Yeah, last 4 eps [for me] were really important [Guy meets Meg, he is broken cuz of her death, finding out the truth with Robin, searching for their brother, killing Isabella and Sheriff.. etc.]

I don't know what to think of her. She is beutiful with brown hair but wears blond. She was the best Lady Marian I've ever seen but she left it. Is she arrogant or what? (I think she knew it will destroy the show but she did it.) One part of me love, the other one hate her. [She throws away what suits her, I don't like it.]

Maybe she likes the way she has blond hair. For eg. I have brown,but I would like to have blond too. They offered her to leave the show! She didn't wanted that, but she accepted it. Maybe she had a fought with producers or directors and then she quit. We will never know. :/

Above all the things she has done, and honestly I don't like them or approve them, I still like her and I'll continue watching her works. I just like the way she is acting. :D

Wow, Lucy looks so different with blonde hair... I definately think her natural brown suits her more. I was so disappointed when she left Robin Hood, it destroyed the show. I mean, how can you have a show abotu Robin Hood with no Marian? And after all the buildup between her and Sir Guy, I was really hoping to see them get together, at least for a little while.

@jacobitelover778 Yes but i think it was better without her in the third one. Because then there wouldn't had been the amazing endings that were produced. Such as her dying in series 2, which im guessing most people cried at. And then the 3rd where Robin was left heartbroken and finds himself again, & i love the fact their "robin and marian music" comes on in the third every so often just so we know he's thinking about her, when a conversation sparks up about his past. & the ending was WOW so...

I have to say that I agree about you, but mostly of the fans decided to do not watch the 3rd season without her. Some decided to watch it, but then Kate came with Isabella and many of them stop! I really donno what to say... :/

That's ok. I just think she can pull off a lot of colours. I wish I could pull off blonde like she can, but my skin and eyes won't let me :( I admit, I loved it when it was near black. It made her lovely eyes stand out. Plus it made her compliment Richard Armitages dark looks as well

I know ... many womans have bloond hair and rellay, really light skin ... I have much more light hair then her before ... but I adoroble her hair in 2nd season ... not just the color ... but the hair dryer, too :DD

I don't believe her when she says it was supposed to be 3 years long. That conclusion was rushed; the season, from the beginning, looked like the writers were trying to cover up the fact that they didn't plan on Marian dying--which they weren't because they didn't expect Lucy Griffiths to drop out.

According to the Featurette on the Series Two DVD Extras, called 'Farewell to Marian', the show's creators killed Marian off for two reasons: 1. For a good story. And 2. To see the effect it would have on Robin. They discussed the idea with Lucy and she agreed.

What rubbish! For some, SECRET reason, the stupid writers decided to kill off Marian, and their explanations are lily-livered and unbelievable. Most viewers agree that that was the kiss of death for this show. What a shame; it started out with such promise...the poison putting Robin into a deep sleep...yeah, I could see that! And we could get the ending we all deserved: Robin and Marian's wedding!!! Alas, it is not to be...
