i have a 2.5 metre wide hotliner with silend moter and 100 times smarter outopolit and flight stblizer system recording and viewing thru go pro long battry life and all cost me 1200 euro.

this company is just making money but the ppl who acualy pay them are dumb as shit then you ask why your goverment never has any money?

@Timi116 actually your webcam probably eats huge dick compared to the one on the airplane. Do you realize that is has to send the signal from the plane back to the operator on the ground up to two miles away. If they had it take 720 or 1080p the battery wouldn't last longer than a box of donuts at a weight watchers meeting.

@BootlippedTroll and you can get fpv that sends clear image 14 km range (way more than 2 miles) and they dont cost 30.000 dollars. Just watch other peoples FPV's on youtube and you will see the diference. Maybe camera isnt rotating, but at least image isnt shit. and they dont really need more than 15-20 minutes of flytime, because they use helicopters to patrol the skys not rc planes.

All this is completely messed up... "this may look like a kids toy" the majority of rc flyers are over 40! "helicopters are noisy and alot of money" a good electric helicopter costing about $300 (not 30000 like the plane in this video) is almost silent. "rechargable electric motor" rechargable motor? Less effective than quadcopter. Because, it have to fly, but quadcopter could do that job by only waiting somewhere in camuflage. Also less efficient, because it have to fly which is consuming more fuel/baterry, quadcopter don't have to fly while you put it on somewhere camuflage and quickly can be remove to another point.

Btw, what about when the bad guys reallized that they've been spyed by rc which continuesly fly arround them ?

Generally, people don't look up let alone criminals. I'm sure there is fabric in different colors to help blend in with the skiy. Shooting something at that altitude with a rifle would be really difficult, let alone a pistol. On top of that, if they did start shooting the bad guys would be arrested for destruction of public property.
