Ive just purchased a DV7 and my keyboard is the same but this is my second replacement and the first keyboard had the problem also. Such a pity as the machine is exceptional. Can we change the keyboard for a rubber one do you think? Typing is such a loud process

I sent this in for repair - they were able to fix the keyboard. Now it is relatively quiet!
