An ancient egyptian artifact......which summons euro-american style evil clowns. They just don't make games this far out anymore. The industry takes itself too seriously.
Best game on 3do IMO. I own it as well as the PC version. PC version is not as good but this game brings back memories especially the excellent music.
Yeah so many memories of this awesome game. I love it so much. Still have it in my desk drawer. The PC version is great too but the 3do version is better. The music is hauntingly beautiful. Also, in case youre wondering, you can play this on a 3do emulator. Dont remember if you could play with a controller but the game looks the same on my TV. Really a classic game. If you buy a used 3do from ebay buy this classic gem too! This game justified my purchase of my 3do!
The way to get the music is to get a copy of the PC version. (Windows 95) All the music files are on this disc. Just open them with iTunes, convert them, and you have a nifty little soundtrack! That's what I did! :)
I loved this game too. I was like 6 when he had 3do and it broke like..when I was 10 :-( but this was game turned me gothic I know it hehe :-p it was my bros
Damn, I remember beating this game back when I was in Junior high school. Hard game, but loved it. The west wing of the estate seemed always the hardest part for me. Good memories.
This game was definately a game that SHOULD have set the bar in FPS, but it was ahead of its time due to hardware limitations. The story was very immersive, but the choppy frame-rate hurt it a little. I loved the FMV ghostly characters that both helped & haunted you. An updated re-release based on this game would rock on today's next-gen systems.
A game ahead of its time. Puzzle, horror, action, demonic clowns, gangsters and filthy sewers crawling with monster slugs. The frame-rate was choppy but the art design and theme were deeply involving. One of the 3DO's brightest moments, and sadly there were precious few of these during the system's life.

@graph180 :D
I'm pretty sure the powers of the artifact turned everyone on the island into the undead, and there were clowns providing party entertainment.

A party full of bootleggers, mobsters, and racketeers? Wow. Changes my view of Al Capone. LOL

the 3DO console version of this game was great. way ahead of its time in terms of plot and the gameplay was good too.
It should have had a sequel on a more advanced console or be made into a movie!
