Thanks, i'm very proud of how it turned out considering how inexperienced I was at the time. But yes, I'm positive Zack and Aerith are watching over their friends. It's too bad though that Square-Enix didn't go with their original plan and have Zack survive.
He was supposed to survive? But... even in game 1 it says that the person who was with Cloud in the experiments died. It's hard to find, but if you read the books down in the library, that's how it is.
That was probably added later in the game. The sick guy in the pipe in Wall Market that Aerith was worried about was originally supposed to be Zack, but I guess they decided later on to kill him.

Yeah... and while I used to be a huge Claerith fan... I'm beginning to think my favorite Aerith pairing is ZackxAerith.
