no they can still claim this video if they want to, Fair Use Copyright Act is useless agains't trailer music usage on YT ^^ (But XRD don't care atm for usin 15-30 sec sample tracks in mixes, i spoke to one the major composers Brian "Leakybrain" Rogers, he said they currently not arsed about their tracks on YT as they are far too busy with their new albums, said if there is too many tracks again on YT next year they'll do another copyright claim rampage on YT)
