obviously your elbow does move, but you want to feel like it's locked in one place. you aim and follow-through all in one plane i.e. so if you look at a dart board the easiest doubles to hit are the 11 and 6. your elbow moves up and down as you site your aim. stand sideways with your weight on the front foot. and that's it :P

I play Darts quite a lot and I know just how good the guys in the PDC really are. This guy is just having a laugh, he's not being serious. The PDC players are the real best in the world, forget the BDO (BBC) version, those guys stay there because they wont make any money on the PDC circuit. Simple as that.
