@ybidiotic Thanks but I cannot afford a school like MIT and to be honest I am kind of stupid when it comes to mechanical things. I had a strange dream that I met someone from the future and I asked them what powered his car and he looked at me like I was stupid and said "electro plasma pulse, everyone knows that!". Up to that time I never even heard of Electro Plasma Pulse. I was shocked to see a You Tube Video on it.

To run a car, i doubled my fuel mileage running a negatively charged water fuel cell, this creates ions/plasma held stable in the water, hooked up to a vacuum intake it draws the ions/plasma out as well as some HHO.
