I think when you record with the box it shows the controls as the set that the person watching the video uses, not necessarily the person who is playing. So it might just be that it was a different profile watching the film clip.

well if you record it in theater, you see whatever control settings you have, except for the sens. So if the capturer plays jumper, and is recording someone elses film who plays on boxer, it will appear as jumper.

When a player dies the ragdoll engine takes over, the person that got shot in the head just landed and bounced back up. a quarter of a second is all you need to pull the trigger.
