Like the video, I to was disappointed when the iPad was initially revealed but I realize that my disappointment stemmed from buying into those rumors. I'm really excited about what the iPad can become it's potential is tantalizing. I can't wait to get one, I hope I find a job I want one by my birth day.

ipad is the best slate pc.. Its also the most (not laggy) usefull one.. Hp and stuff dont no the meaning of slate pc. They make slower real pc's in slate form.. If you want that then better buy a laptop

I've been putting this off, about getting an ipad... On one hand, if love to use it as a video device, be great for my long journeys on the train everyday and reading books too, but at the moment I just can't justify the price. It'll be interesting to see what others think about it when it's released to the general public....! Great work Danny!

cool. I am still debating which one i should get the 32 or 64gb, I kind of don't need that much storage, but you never know.

@a2what II dont know what model they are sending me, but if i have to buy my own id go 64gb. It seems the ipad apps are gonna take up alot more space and if your using it as a media device for music, movies and gaming then I see 32gb running out quickly. Especially once you start adding photos etc. I will be using it as my laptop replacement so 64gb seems a no brainer to me especially for only $100 more.

Danny, I have to agree with you. I was pretty skeptical at first as well, but as you stated, it seems the potential is in the power of the developers. They have the ability to do a lot of great things, but well see how it pans out.

@EFS33 my sentiments exactly. People seem to underestmate what the community can do. Apps is what makes a device. Same can be said for video games for a console. Its only as good as its software..
