lol I love when someone comments on a months-old comment of mine that I forgot about! I was expecting a video featuring Jim Croce's "Roller Derby Queen" (one of my favorite songs & probably what I was looking for when I found this).

I'm still not sure of what I think of e-begging. I guess if the e-beggar is being honest about what they're using the money for (and spending 5 minutes googling "Mickipedia" confirms that she really does Roller Derby), then what can you say?

You should of got the 911 Riedell boot, with Wicked Lips wheels although I dont think they make wicked lips any more. Sorry I dont skate on quads much, you should look into inline speed skating, more expensive but much more fun.

Apparently in the last five years quads got expensive again, either way inlines still cost much more because you can have fully custom molded boots which alone can run $1200. My former speed coach and boss, is starting a quad speed skating club in the North Eastern Ohio/Western Pennsylvania region soon. Also I am getting new quads, slowly and in pieces, next step will be a 395 boot I think.
